It was not a good experience. I waited over 10 minutes to be even greeted by anybody at the front desk and got put into a room That was not what I had asked for and that room had a bad odor, they did fix that problem and when we arrived, I noticed that the floor was sinking in and the beds felt like you were sleeping on cardboard. When you used the washroom it sounded like a ppane takimg off after flushing.

It’s such a sweet little hotel. Very clean. It’s a little basic even at the deluxe level but very clean, staff were really lovely. The breakfast bar was petit but well rounded and filling. Beds were comfortable. Definitely will recommend it to family who visit.

The property and staff were nice and accommodating

Staff was excellent. The room was very dusty. It was not well equipped for having a kitchen. ( No oven gloves which they provided on request. Pots were not of great quality. The sponge they left was absolutely filthy. Nothing to dry dishes.) The linen in the sofa bed was filthy and by the time we discovered this it was too late for housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and they compensated $50 for the inconveniences. This was my 4th stay here and the first that I had issues.

Everything was perfect and the front desk agent was very nice

We have had to travel to Charlottetown's Atlantic Vet Hospital 5x over the past few months. This conveniently located motel met our needs. It is affordable, clean, quiet, pet-friendly, well looked after and has a professional accommodating staff. Additionally, hot breakfast is available every morning. Parking is right outside your door.

Nothing special but it was good overall

The rooms have been refreshed since my visit two years ago. Had a small issue with my room and was quickly given another. It was quiet, comfortable and good value. Staff very kind. Nice have the free breakfast included. I would stay here again.

This was a nice quiet place to stay-the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Most of all the staff were super friendly and very accommodating! I will recommend and/or stay here again! Thanks for the great weekend

Better than I expected

Good place to stop for a night

Had very nice experience. Good double bed room with clean washroom with good water pressure. Had nice breakfast. Overall experience was nice.

Room was very clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. (I slept well which is usually a challenge for me.) Continental breakfast fresh and inviting. Staff were most accommodating. Our room was very warm but was happy for the air conditioning. One thing I'd recommend: installing a bathtub railing or grippy stickers for the bottom of the tub. Everything else was lovely. 😊

Close to shopping and restaurants and reasonable price.

Everything was clean and confortable. Sadly, I did not get the full kitchen I had booked and as they were full, could not offer me another room. However, they did give me a small discount for the inconvenience and they were always professional and courteous. I planned to go back the next week but... they were full!

The property was clean, but had a very strong odour of mold when you walked into the room and when we opened the closet doors in the livingroom. Also, the tv was not working, and when we got back to the room after the wedding we attended. We wanted to watch the hockey game, but couldn’t because we couldn’t get the tv to work. And it was around 11pm and didn’t want to bug the front desk. But was very disappointed!!!!

Nice sized room and clean. Shower was not great as the water temperature kept changing without moving the handle.

Carpet

Hotel staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The individual I dealt with at check-in and on two other occasions continued to cut me off while I was speaking. The sheets on the bed were still dirty and had to request more (second interaction with staff) and as much as this is a first-world problem, there was no service in that no one brought anything to the room given that this was not our fault the sheets were filthy. The carpet looked super dirty as if it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The duvet was just a simple thin duvet that just laid independently between two regular sheets so as you’re sleeping, all three sheets interact independent from one another and slide around and don’t stay put. The shelf/storage in the shower are all at downward angles so items slide off into the tub. Random hairs were found throughout the room. The grassy areas surrounding the property seemed decently well kept, though. If we weren’t in a last-minute bind, we would not have stayed here knowing what we now know.
