My room was brilliantly cozy with the sofa and the king size bed. The front desk staff each day were all amazing and knowledgeable of nearby eateries.

The front desk service upon check in was great. My room was simply ok, the gap between the mattress and headboard was way too wide, the pillows kept falling into the gap. The blind didn’t come down all the way, so there was a 6inch gap that let light in from the parking lot all night. I went downstairs around 1am to speak to someone about it, but there was no one at the desk. Around 3am I was awaken by the people next door, having sex. I will not stay at the Hyatt Place in Sugarland again.

The Hyatt did not have my reserved room. They send me to another hotel that was 5 miles away, did not have the size of room I wanted and did not have a breakfast Buffett.

I was so disappointed to find there was NO MICROWAVE in my room! EVERY other hotel I’ve stayed in had a microwave in it which makes it very convenient!

We had a quick, one night stay for a softball tournament. The outside was very clean, and landscaped nicely. Inside was just as clean. Our room was very spacious. My daughter didn't think the bed was comfortable, but I thought it was fine. Great water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the elevators sounded like they were going to break down. Almost like an old roller coaster.

Good location and affordable stay! The layout of the room we were in is a little odd, but it was just for one night. The bed is not the best, but again.. fine for one night. We were also right across from an ice machine which was a little noisy.

Everything was wonderful, except for the entrance door. It did not close all the way, it was kind of loose, and it did not feel safe because of that.
Also, the light in the bathroom was very flickery, it tood a long time for it to go on.

I selected this hotel based on ratings and reviews. The bathroom had a dirty towel in it and there was wet spots on the carpet so it just felt like it wasn’t cleaned.

Extremely disappointed, middle of night some one trying to open the door, thank god it was chained otherwise someone could enter the room. I had to call the front desk right way I told them some one is trying to enter my room, they said they a lot same room (where I was) to some one.. crazy scary and unprofessional. Literally cold not sleep that night at all!

Comfy beds, excellent room size, quiet, good location, friendly desk and check in. The complimentary breakfast was also good!

I didn’t like that someone came in the room while I was sleeping than my pillow had a spot on it.
There were spiderwebs in the room and I was near the back door but the access turns off after a certain time and walked around to the front w my hands full.
Overall it was a quiet stay but I wouldn’t go back again.

The room was good only downside is not having microwaves in rooms had to go to the lobby to warm up the food and the internet is okay it kept disconnecting and we asked to have our sheets changed when we have been there for 5 days and nobody came to change them but otherwise everything was good front staff was nice and didn’t have any issues breakfast was decent and everything is close the mall, restaurants and more

The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty when I stepped in the shower. They filled them after an hour or so.

Nice spot, close to lots of food options. Bed was not comfortable and felt unstable, terrible pillows. Elevator was noisy and we could hear & feel equipment vibrating behind or underneath the hotel room. Wasn’t the best stay in terms of sleep quality but wasn’t the worse either

Our light didn’t work in the bathroom and when I called the front desk they didn’t seem like they wanted to help. Even after maintenance replaced the bulb it wasn’t staying on. Breakfast was also very poor. Not a lot of options even for a Saturday.

The staff here were very welcoming and helpful. The nice woman who checked us in was delightful. When we needed an extra blanket they assisted us without delay. The hotel is in a lovely area with a great view of the adjacent lake. Will be staying here again in the future.

I paid for a lake view room and.did not receive one. There was also extreme noise made by other tenants that was never addressed

We love staying here as all of the staff is so friendly. However, this 4-day trip was greatly affected by broken elevators. Only 1 of 3 was working and we were on the 9th floor.
