Great place to go for a staycation in Riverhead, Long Island, NY. It has everything you need for you and the kids. The Long Island Aquarium is right next door (literally lol).
Some rooms have great water views, so do get those if you must. In the rear of the hotel is the Marina, which has a nice hiking or walking trail on the banks of the river. Town has some nice places to eat and just walk around. If you drive, then there is a lot of things to check out. Plan on staying for atleast 2 days to make the most of all that is here.

The hotel staff is excellent and exceeds in all aspects of the hospitality profession. They even assisted me after I got locked out of my car so that I could have the best possible help and was able to get to my job quickly. I can’t thank them enough for the help that I received.

We were attending a funeral in Quogue and this property came up as being close. The price was right and I booked 3 room. We were all very satisfied with the rooms, the front desk, and the breakfast was great. We needed to depart early so the great big breakfast was SO convenient. Thank you Hyatt.

Hotel was really nice and clean. It was right next to the aquarium which is why we chose it and the restaurant next door was great too! The hotel has a complimentary breakfast which was good for my hungry kids! Would stay again!

I visited during the off season for the area, so most of the outdoor seating and amenities had been dismantled already. But the hotel is nice, especially for the rate that I paid. And the staff were absolutely lovely - friendly, attentive, professional. The only disappointment was that their “restaurant” is not really a restaurant. It’s a free buffet breakfast that you serve yourself, a typical hotel breakfast buffet area. They are real restaurants very close by, but most in that area don’t open until noon.

We had someone in the room next to ours come in with a crying baby. When I asked the front desk if we could move rooms, they were incredibly cooperative and helpful. The free breakfast was fantastic as well, better than a lot of hotels I've been to.

Great location, walkable to the town. Right next to the aquarium. Breakfast was good, hot coffee available in the morning and local newspaper, very comfortable lobby. King bedrooms have this great sitting area.

My stay was awesome. The entire staff was incredible. Dillon, Rachel, Morgan,Terrance, Tony and Luke were fantastic very friendly, attentive, and very willing to give help when needed. House keeping was wonderful rooms immaculate.

I have stayed at the Hyatt East End for 3-4 days each summer for the last few years. It’s a lovely hotel with excellent customer service, nice pools and walkable to make restaurants.

Attractive, modern, hotel. Good location. Excellent breakfast. We did not use the pools, but they looked very nice. Parking is somewhat problematic: lot is across the street, and one night that filled up, and we had to park a block away in an overflow lot. Not a big deal. I liked that no carpet in rooms. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, except for day we were leaving. When checking out, I told young woman at front desk that housekeeping had turned temperature in our room way down, and it was freezing when we returned from being away an entire day. She said we must have done it! That’s a crazy response when housekeeping had definitely been in our room and replaced towels. She should have said “thanks for letting us know”. Other than that, a positive experience, and I would stay here again.

This is my second visit with my family in this hotel and I feel that since the reservation is 3 parties they give you the same room on the same floor 2 227, they do not give you any benefits for being gold in hotel.com, they treat you bad!
