We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice, the pool was lovely and the room was decent enough.
The hotel in general could do with a spruce up it looking quite tatty in placed.
For example on our balcony was a spare window plus a further window section and a chair cushion ripped to bits, by the pool the seat cushions were rather grubby.
Give the hotel some maintenance and it could be pretty good.

This was a one night stay prior to me, checking into the hotel next-door, which was all inclusive. This hotel has a lovely view from the pool however, my room did not have a view as stated in the advertisement. It didn’t really matter, however, because I only spent one day there, I would’ve been disappointed had I’ve been depending on that view. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the hotel is literally walking distance from the airport if you don’t have a bunch of bags otherwise you’re going to get tricked into paying $20 to drive less than a mile . Apparently this is the standard charge to go to the hotels that are right next to the airport. They should get a shuttle to make it more convenient for their hotel. Guests room was large and clean and they had a variety of different types of rooms for people. Breakfast was amazing , overall I would say it was a great day.

Perfect spot for those not wanting the larger resorts. Pool was fabulous! Rooms were spacious and workers were very kind. Very close to airport and can not hear any airport noise. Gives you an authentic Grenadian vibe. Will definitely come back.

All good, friendly team, close to airport for early flight, easy access to placrs by public bus outside. Only downside, nice pool, good size but not deep enough to swim.

Arrived Grenada on an evening flight and left in the morning. No restaurant staff, so ordered from CaribEats who took an hour to deliver a pizza. Otherwise fine.

Did not like that ,there was no pick up from the/at airport. Which was stated in the agreement.

Warm friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms and lots of space.
Just needs finishing touches room check and end of day as things missing. Maybe take money off customers for lost or broken items.

Very close to the airport walkable if you don’t have too many bags. The staff were fantastic we arrived at 2330 and we were shown to our rooms she had great customer service. Very pleased and would use them again. Thank you

Close to the airport. Basic accommodations but quite adequate for overnight stay. The air condition units worked, the hot water shower did not disappoint, the WiFi worked and free Netflix and YouTube on the TV. Only instant coffee though.

Only issue in my opinion would be that there is a little difficulty to get something to eat at night time but it would be resolved by the bars and bowling alley which were a little walk off otherwise everything was excellent.

Spacious rooms. Pool is beautiful. Very friendly staff. I stay here one night before and after traveling to Carriacou. Love the walkability to the airport. Can't wait to stay again!

The bed was broken and I could not sleep at all. There was construction right outside of the hotel so I could not sleep because of that either. There were also insects all over the place, my son woke up to a worm on his pillow. NASTY! Would not recommend.

Debbie and here staff's were very helpful. Friendly. And accommodating. It there's availability she would allow you to have a late checkout in you need to. Nice big clean rooms.

It was isolated. The room was substandard compared to the advertisement. I checked out 10 mins after checkin to find a safer space. I’d like a refund of the 2-3 nights because I didn’t stay. There were unleashed dogs on the property that were a little too aggressive when I walked back to the open air checkout counter. There were cars parked outside the bedroom window and a narrow walkway outside of the bathroom window with junk throw there. Safety was my main concern and it was not safe.

No hot water in bathroom, no phone to in the room to call front desk. Stayed only one day but paid for two days bcoz my flight was overbooked from Miami, asked if I could change the checkin date but wasn’t helpful. Then 11 September checked out day I asked front desk clerk to extend checkout time by 1 hour I mean 1 pm instead of 12 pm, but she refused to do it. Stating that will cost me additional fees. Very bad service

The room was a self contained unit but there was no telephone to communicate with the front desk. Clerk just dumped our cases into the room and left. We were put in s unit near the street with no security. We felt very unsafe.

I love how peacefully the entire property is, no loud noises, no pets waking you up early in the morning cause I’m a late sleeper. Overall everything is exactly what I’ve expected.

Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Had to flush 5 times for toilet paper to disappear. Kitchen area smells like dead rat. Lightning is bedroom is poor. Kitchen lights were flickering. Lots of ants in apartment.

Staff was nice, room was clean. Restaurant had good food. However, amenities did not come as advertised. There was not a business center, nor was there a washer or dryer for guests to do their own laundry (laundry service was provided for a fee).

This property is excellent in all aspect. Location is perfect, staff is excellent, facility is well maintained, I will always recommend this location and the pricing is very good.

Clean and no bugs. Lacking in room updates and amenities. Not a good location. Only one restaurant within walking distance. No stores close by. Must take bus or taxi everywhere.
