Treated ourselves to a special night away for our anniversary. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious!

Very nice place. We have stayed there several times, and have never been disappointed. Very nice lobby. The room is great with a separate bedroom that is super convenient for us.

Terrible front desk staff, rude and aggressive to a point of disrespect

We arrived and checked in easily and quickly. When we arrived at our room, the maid was still in the process of cleaning the room. The front desk offered to switch out the room but we had already dropped off luggage so they compensated our parking for us. The breakfast buffet was good, room clean and comfortable. The only downsize was the bed was a little soft as we're the pillows but I travel with my own pillow so not much of an issue. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Limerick Field if you are in town to play soccer at Alexandria SA.

The breakfast was amazing. Perfect location. There’s plenty of stores/restaurants near by and only 15-20 mins from the Capital. Definitely would stay again.

Very good stay. Clean. Only thing I would like is steel spatula vs plastic. Those don’t d the job as I cook occasionally. Thanks

Area very nice, Cooking safe was clean and awesome. Our room had an issue with the AC and refrigerator and we have a baby, night guy FOUND us a room (reluctantly) and 1 hour before checkout, we received text from we assume was management asking "How could they help?", We ask for any discounts or accommodation or another night. Next time we come see family.... They wanted to send a tech.
"To fix the AC", Which means they Didn't realize I was already in a different room.... So watch management, the rest of the staff are amazing.

Clean as all get out all staff who clean and take care of the rooms are amazing. front desk staff not inviting no informations of Wi-Fi use breakfast time or location as my first time stay I will not be returning. didn’t feel welcomed I never have issues with the Hilton across the street from the mall in fact would be my first choice but this was new and cheaper and still Hilton but the 100 hold was extra I only stayed for 1 night 50 like Hilton would be just fine for longer stays I would understand the 100.

I love to stay at the Homewood Suites in Springfield, VA. Nicely laid out property with comfort of a 1 bd apt since I always choose the separate bedroom option. Nice deck for reading when weather permits. My only concern is the property is starting to look dated in the rooms.

Expedia charged for the wrong room, the hotel assistant immediately accommodated my request, she was very kind, polite which was greatly appreciated after a long flight.

This is a fine place to stay. A bit of wear is showing but it was clean. The worst part about this location is the entrance and parking situation. It is very inconvenient. It is so inconvenient that I would not stay here again.

Me and my husband frequents this establishment quite often. We asked for an upgrade or corner room to celebrate our anniversary they couldn’t accommodate that. No problem we tried. However someone came banging on our door accusing us of smoking in the room. My husband explained i just came in from outside check your cameras. He left. It was clearly 2 doors down after we did our own investigation. We have never had any complaints after our stay. This was odd.

It was just an overnight stay traveling south on vacation. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was strong. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I kind of wish I would’ve booked this hotel for the remainder of my vacation.

The hotel was convenient as far as shopping centers and eateries. However, on the day of checkout, my family and I woke up feeling itchy and found bug bites all over our bodies. The manager Han said that he will get a professional to examine the room and will update us.
