Few hotels offer a hot tub at a affordable price. Nice experience. Breakfast ok.

I wish the room was more comfortable and clean. I got rashes all over my body, maybe they need to change the sheets or get a new mattress. Unexpected fees too was not hoping to spend at least $300 for 2 nights. And the room had a rotten moly smell. Overall, but never stay again at the hotel.

The entire 3rd level corridor smelled like a Phish show. Other guests were very obviously blazing in their rooms. There was also little to no sound dampening for both interior and exterior noise, so you could hear noises from both the hallway and the street. Would not recommend.

Bed was comfortable no hot water for shower in the morning. Luke warm but initial smell on the floor was the smell of marijuana throughout the whole floor and elevator

I liked the frig, microwave, free breakfast, iron/board, and hairdryer. The hotel is walkable to quite a few eateries, CVS and Walgreens. Easy access to the freeway. There is always lemon water, tea and coffee available by the front desk. Everyone is polite and friendly. I would stay there again.

The rooms are a run down. Carpet and furniture was torn and very worn out. When I checked in the first room I went to had a terrible smoking oder; the second room I was given had a loud heater that hummed all night and had carpet that was torn and furniture that is torn up.

The staff are polite and friendly. The free breakfast was a plus. There is always coffee, tea and lemon water available in the lobby. Many fast food places, coffee, gas and drug stores in walking distance. I would stay there again.

We have stayed here almost every weekend for the past few months. We booked through Hotels.com and Expedia mainly. We normally get the Kung Suites but decided to do the room with the 2 Queen beds for this stay. We got room 317 and on our second morning my stepson opened a drawer and saw a roach. It was dead and we thought it may have been overlooked. That night at around midnight my Husband called me out of the restroom because he thought he saw something on the wall. I went back to the restroom and saw a couple tiny bugs by the door. He thought they were beetles but I told him they were just tiny roaches, at that time another emerged from under the sink that was larger and clearly a roach. We spoke to the front desk and they said they would check room after we leave and since we booked 3rd party there was nothing they could do and that our stay wasn't that much. (I used Hotels.com to get the best deal I used a retail me not code and each night was 85 instead of the usually 140 before fees but what does that have to do with anything?) I contacted Hotels.com via chat and was informed the hotel decides any actions and they said they found no evidence of roaches. My husband grabbed a worker and told them to come to our room and showed them the roach in the drawer. The cleaning lady was brought in and grabbed it with a glove. Some guy took a photo of the roach. I had the Hotels.com person contact hotel again now that they had actually come to the room and they refunded 1 night

Easy check-in. Clean room!

It was clean. I overlooked the parking lot, not a mountain view. The heating system was very loud and went on and off all night. Was gone before breakfast, but for the cost it was a decent stay. The mattress needed to be changed or flipped over it was higher in the middle than on the side.

Filthy. Numerous times I tried to address issues in regards to our room, bringing to their attention that our room was a non-smoking room and wreaked a cigarette smoke. Due to the smoke I wasn't able to unpack my clothes. Booked a room with a jacuzzi and was told that I did not book that room and only was I able to book that room through the hotel itself and not expedia. Absolutely uncommodating and zero satisfaction. Ultimately the hotel was absolutely filthy. Cops and fire trucks surrounded the building our second night there, absolutely unsafe. When Googling the hotel there has been numerous murders at this property. Please take this hotel off of expedia.

The stay was off season. The price was quite a deal. It was barely occupied.

Loved this hotel I basically have a studio apartment with free breakfast 🍳 wouldn't mind living here everything you need in walking distance.

The hotel building and amenities themselves were average, but the staff was amazing! Miguel was very accomodating and went out of his way to provide excellent service! The cleaning personnel were very hardworking and joyful. The staff made staying here worthwhile!

Very easy to get to. Loved the continental breakfast.

It was an easy check in. The room was clean but it was a oder I didn’t like. And my room faced the main road I didn’t like that it was very noisy.

Our room was quite run down appearing. The curtains did not actually close and parts of it was ripped. I’m sure there was a crack in the window as well as I could feel cold air coming into the room. The bath tub floor was stained with some brown marks, unclear what it was. There were cracks in the sink. And the toilet seat would shift every time you sat down. Lamp shades were also dirty. It was very clear that the bare minimum was done to keep each room clean. There was also a rather large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, enough that people could probably peak through. We ended up using towels to fill the gap for comfort and security reasons. And even though the property said no smoking marijuana, we could smell marijuana on our floor and some times the smell came into our room. Breakfast options were very limited as well and only one ice machine was working. I would not recommend staying at this Comfort Inn and Suites.

TERRIBLE experience. Stayed for a wedding, checked in 11/3 and out 11/6. On 11/7 (day after checkout) my CC was charged $79.20, and then on 11/8 it was charged $30.55 twice-- so a total of $140.30 in charges. We aren't local to CT so I had to call them instead of going in person to ask what the charges were about. The first time I called I was met with "I haven't worked the front desk in awhile so I'll have the guy who was working the desk when you were here call you back"-- I waited 3 days and didn't get a phonecall. I called again, and was told the same. 3rd time I called, I was told they'll refund me the $79.20 but that's it-- they insisted we extended our stay. I said I have my boarding passes to prove I was not in CT, nor did I extend my stay, and only then did they agree to refund me the full amount. They told me it would post in 24-36 hours. Well, 3 more business days went by and I still had no refund, so I called again. Was told they refunded it to a CC ending in "xyz"-- that I don't own. Then he backtracked and read my actual CC number to me and told me that's the one they refunded it to. I said listen dude, this is now the FOURTH time I've called you guys, and I still have no refund. Nothing was refunded. I was met with "call your bank then". I ended up having to call Chase bank to dispute the charges, which is ongoing as of now. 0/10 recommend giving them your business. And while I'm at it, we had no hot water our entire stay.

I checked in the room was disgusting dirty linen food under the fitted sheet mattress cover had blood and urine stains on it the front desk worker was very accommodating he stated there was no housekeeping on at the moment he gave me 4 other rooms to check which were exactly the same finally the last one was good I checked in. at 3am a roach ran across the Tv and then when I got up to find it another one ran out the cabinet I couldn’t sleep the rest of the stay and every other hotels were booking only for next day I would not stay here ever again

I had a wonderful two night stay. The room was nice and spacious with a great night's sleep. The lobby always had someone at the front desk to greet you. Parking was safe and there are many employees who were family committed to a relaxing stay for quests.

The over quality of the hotel has gone down since the last time I was here. The tub had black mold and the spout nearly fell out of the wall. the toilet was cracked and feces was leaking out. The outside wall board and kickboard falling off. On the good side the free breakfast area and person was fabulous better than the last time.

Customer service was horrible at check in. The front desk person seemed annoyed that we asked questions. Their breakfast is a first come first serve won't make more if out, so if you don't get there early enough there may be no food left for you even with an hour left in the announced time frame. The parking here is sketchy. There were used condoms in the parking lot. And their laundry room is coin operated but they provide no way to break bills. We were glad to get out of there.

Bedding was stained and not clean appearing. Continental breakfast gets an F. Not worth $180 for the night.

Nice property and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast also.
