I was participating in the state powerlifting tournament. The front desk was so amazing, both morning and evening!

We were very disappointed that there was no notification prior to our arrival that the hot tub was out of service as that is often a huge pet of our hotel experience one of the things we look for when choosing lodging. Also, we were surprised and perplexed to find a note on my children’s stuffed animal stating they do not make the beds because of personal items on the bed. We have never had a refusal anywhere else we have stayed and our children always travel with a special toy. Overall, I am not sure we would stay at this hotel again.

Hot tub? If u call a 70 degrees tub of water .. smells? Yea! Didn’t charge my credit card on file , created a mess for me.

The stay was pleasant. My only minor complaint was I was on the main floor and there were kids above me that were running and jumping in their room above mine until about 10 pm, but other than that the overall stay was good. Suggestion: maybe put business stays in their own part of the Hotel, especially when it isn't even close to full.

Very nice and accommodating, family-oriented hotel. Big rooms, comfortable bedding, huge TV, pool, breakfast, and newer bathrooms...all that my family needs to travel and be comfortable. This location is especially blessed by the front desk clerk (lovely dark hair, soft spoken, works fast, didn't sit on her phone when not checking
people in) who is kind, knowledgeable, and very professional.

For some reason, they lost one of my reservations. They were able to get my friends a room. However, it was less than the rate Hotels.com charged. Kinda makes me want to just book direct instead of a 3rd party.

The room was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a black hair inside the bed when I pulled back the covers. Maybe it fell off of the cleaning attendants head, but they should inspect the sheets for this reason. If the sheets seemed dirty I would have notified the front desk.

The couches usually have hair on them; wonder if there is a way to better vacuum or spot clean the couches from hair and stains. The carpet had a noticeable stain too looked like spilled food?

The hotel was great. Clean, within 5 minutes of I90 exit. Within 5 minutes of shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was outstanding and friendly and very helpful. My husband has difficulty walking any distance and they accomodated our needs immediately by placing our room by the elevator. We used the pool and it was clean and warm. The greatest quality of this hotel though is the staff. We received two text messages while we were there asking if everything was good and if there was anything we needed just let them know. We visit Bozeman a few times a year because of family and this will be our new "Go to Hotel" for all future trips.

Room key maker did not work. We had to be escorted to room every single time, but the staff was amazing. Raced us to our rooms and back to desk. They kept their humor and did a good job

Quiet and comfortable hotel. Easy to locate and ample parking. Decent breakfast in terms of food quality and options. But peasant staff. Room thermostat was not reliable and heater was noisy. Hotel could use some updating given cost to book.

Love this hotel because it’s close to everything but not downtown with all the traffic and congestion. Perfect for a few nights.

Great location for visiting Bozeman family. Clean and updated. However, the night staff needs to be taught how to speak to guests. When our room keys were wiped clear each night, we were told we didn’t know how to use key cards. Then continued to argue with us that keys worked. It put a black mark on what would have been a great stay.

My wife was in the hospital for surgery, so I stayed as a single. Twice the card keys had to be reset ... the two keys were never in the same vicinity, but on both occasions neither key worked. The fact that it rained and was the first real cold snap of the season for the four days of my stays and the keys would not open either outside or inside door was most annoying. Consequently, I had to walk to the other side of the building, in the rain and cold, to get the cards rekeyed ... twice! Also after staying with the hotel four days, the doctors decided my wife should stay in the hospital another day. When I tried to extend the room date, the price had increased over 4 times the original amount. Additionally, the full size bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Great place to stay, The manager was Great in fixing a problem with my online reservation. Definitely will stay here again. Very close to the Airport, and easy to get too.

Front desk could be more welcoming. Carpets were stained in the hallways and our room. Livy windows are super dirty. The outside trash can by the front door was overflowing. Price per night was good though.
