We had a long stay at the airport and it was nice to come to clean and quiet hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful in answering all my questions and accommodations. I would recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like being charged an extra $25 for checking in 21 minutes “before the policy allows free check in.” Night staff didn’t seem well trained. Pillows were hard and flat and facility is showing its age a bit. This is probably our third or so time staying and we’ll look for somewhere different with newer rooms and friendlier service next time.

Traffic noise was insane & it's not even ski season anymore. Hotel is right off the 215 fwy offramp. Drivers take this exit to go up Cottonwood Cyn and the climb starts right at the fwy exit and alongside the hotel so they hit the accelerator hard to get a good running start up the mountain. Big trucks coming off the mountain brake hard or do engine braking which is very loud too. All of this happens right under your hotel room. It was not a restful stay.
The building and rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice, lots of food choices, buffet and dining room was kept clean.
The location is very good for skiers and the Univ. of UT. However, due to the traffic noise, I will select a hotel on the west side of the offramp for my next stay in SLC.

We have booked the suite - the pull out counch was not usuable and was 100 Years hold. there was no real blanket and pillows - this rooms does not sleep 4 as advertised

I always stay at this hotel when in town. I love everything about it. The beds are comfortable, room is always clean, plenty of linens and extra blankets. The staff are very helpful and nice. The only thing I don’t like is if I happen to get a room overlooking the roads. It is loud for me and it wakes me up. They have white noise machines, but that didn’t help. I have to make sure I get a room overlooking the parking lot in the future.

We usually stay at hyatt downtown and love the place. This place seemed a bit rundown, the desk service wasn't the best. The couch was not verry comfortable, but the bet was great. The fridge was not working and I finally had to pull it out of the cabinet and plug it in. Would rather stay at the one downtown.

I have stayed here many times and generally like it, however It is very frustrating to stay on floor other than level 4 . The last 3 visits the guests in the room above us were very loud all night, moving chairs, stomping around, etc. seriously until 4-5 am. I pay the “high floor” rate and still get this crap. I’m thinking I’ll find another place to stay for my travels, since I’m sure there is not a solution to this issue. I do like this hotel, but not enough to sacrifice a good night’s sleep.

We stayed in room 108. Every thing was great. Very clean! Only issue was the bed closest to the window was lopsided. The mattress may need to be replaced

The staff at the desk was very nice. The pool was closed. It didnt say that when we booked. We had stayed there before and chose this one again....for the pool. Very disappointed. Asked about a poasible upgrade and was told he couldn't.

We had a nice stay. The only downside is that our room was not ready when we checked in at 3:20pm. We received our room keys at 4pm.

Amazing stay for the price. The suites are a nice size, the furniture was a bit shabby, but the room was well stocked with everything you would need to be comfortable (lots of tvs, lots of places to sit/put your stuff, nice table, considerably large kitchen, fridge, microwave). The room had nice large windows but I wish they could be opened (just a crack would be nice). The hotel is a little old school but it was clean and the staff was nice. Free water everywhere, free breakfast.

Overall good. House Keeping lacks attention to stocking items missing, like TP and Coffee used prior times. Both line they didn’t re-stock. I guess they wanted to save a Buck. I was there for 3 days and didn’t get a replenishment.

I felt that this was a great place because of location, condition of the facility, and service. It only took about 20 minutes to get to/from the airport and is located close to shopping, restaurants, and recreation areas. Less expensive than comparable facilities in other places.

The place is already dated and needs repairs, but the staff was ver kind.
The design inside the rooms seemed odd regarding the bathroom, otherwise, it’s location was perfect for sightseeing.
