Clean place housekeeping everyday too

Security did not go check out car alarms going off, when went out two people with flash lights checking out guests vehicles. Intoxicated guests outside the hotel yelling. domestic going on in the hotel on one night about 4am.

This room I was given looked nothing like the pictures online for the suites. I had specifically wanted to stay here for the kitchen and my suite in fact did not have one and it was so small I could barely walk around my bed. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the corner. Best to update pictures for prospective clients as the suites DO NOT look like these online pics!

I didn’t like that the internet was barely working and I needed the internet the night I stayed there. I ended up having to leave to find internet. Which was very disappointing.

Front desk guy was out front smoking a joint when I showed up. Waited 5 minutes at the front desk for him to finish. Credit card machine wasn't working so he wanted to write down my card details on a sticky note. That wasn't going to happen. Gave me the wrong type of room. Fridge wasn't plugged in and reeked. And at 2:30 in the morning somebody opened the room door, obviously somehow had a key. The only good thing I can say is that the room was fairly clean.

Clean modern room, no problems during our stay. The noise was a bit loud from the hallways, but this is expected for most hotels.

Cleaing of the room was alright but found some fingernails on the ground, really small room, and the parkinf was free but worst parking option ever... really small parking stalls.

This property is in a highly convenient location. It’s easy to walk to many popular places in downtown Yellowknife. Rooms were very clean. Having the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all in the room was a nice touch. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to address any concerns we had.

There are no words to describe the experience here. It was utterly disgustujg the way my family was treated here by the front end staff. I

Be aware that this hotel says they are not pet friendly even though it indicates that they are on this webiste, their own website and various other websites. They also charge $25 per pet per night rather than just a damage deposit. Also the room was very dirty especially behind the bed and between the side table and bed.

Nice accommodation, staff was helpful, very efficient and friendly. A/C didn't really work, but the white noise still helped sleeping. Some rooms have mini fridges, mine did not. Great bed and pillows.

It was fine and it gave me the respite i needed. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy and after the initial stay at Northern Lites this place was like heaven by comparision.

Convenient and well located. However, these constructions are made from cheap materials. The wear and tear is evident. It looks aged although it isn't. Bathrooms need to be better cleaned and bed linens are of poor quality.

The hotel is pricey and the room is rather small comparing with other hotels on our way there. And there is no continental breakfast. However, it is clean. Hotel staff is warm and hospitable, especially Rachel and Daniel who were very helpful in facilitating our need which made our trip of northern lights much easier.
