Overall, the stay was good. the only thing I would have liked the bar to be open on the weekends, and the breakfast to start earlier on the weekends as my son had AAU tournaments and had to leave before he could get breakfast. Also, the room was nice, but the ceiling fan in our bedroom didn't work. We were informed that Maintenace would come out in the Moring since we had a 2-night stay and they couldn't move us to fix it. That never happened and nor was we compensated on any of our stay. I expect all utilities to work.

I feel bad giving a 4 rating.
We will absolutely be back, the stay just was not the best.
To start, we waited a while to check in. I was the only one there for about 5 minutes and the phone rang constantly. Someone finall showed up to check us in, and by that time there was a line, with people asking me how long I've been waiting.
The tv wouldnt conenct to the cable- Come to find out the cable was unplugged. Husband finally figured that out.
The couch cushions are pretty dirty and stained.
The shower head was turned the whole way out of the shower, so when the shower was turned on the floor was covered. (Not sure if that was jokesters before us or disgruntled maids)
The pool floor was pretty gross and the water was hella dirty, despite the large concentrate of chlorine. That's an easy fix.
Other that that, the room was clean and comfortable. The temperature of the room was great. The breakfast was decent. The location is to die for. The price was appropriate.
If I could scale this better, Id say 4.7/5. If we wouldn't have used the pool, the score would have been higher.

The first room was dirty and some of the furniture was broken. Was put in another room and it was dirty also. So, checked out the next day.

Very welcoming staff, quick service and checking in was a breeze. Asked for extra towels and extra linens for the sofa bed and had them within minutes

The room and property was exceptionally nice.
Our only complaint is:
We booked the room while driving. We were about an hour away when we booked it. Check in is 3pm. We arrived at 5pm with the need to freshen up so we could get a bite to eat then get to a 7pm meeting.
The room was not ready. At first they tried to “downgrade” us from a suite with a separate bedroom to an open suite room. This was not acceptable since we were traveling with my sons 12 year old friend so my husband and I needed a separate room.
They were able to “rush” us into a handicap accessible room that didn’t have towels stocked yet.
We said that was fine (not sure why they couldn’t put towels in it…makes me wonder if the room
Wasn’t cleaned at all and someone ran up there in the 15 min we were waiting to make the bed and change the trash…the bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopping.
We never received any towels during our 1night stay—luckily we were right next to the pool room and were able to grab some pool towels to get us by.

Good location- close to Walmart, Costco, target and The Mall among others. We stayed in one of the suites, the pull out couch and pillows were a bit dirty but the rest of the room was clean and big enough. Great to have a full fridge and kitchenette with the basic amenities. The shower spout wasn’t working though so the shower was a bit tricky. Breakfast was nice to have- different food during our 3 day stay (hot food, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels). We would stay again.

The room was filthy.
The bottles in the shower- empty. The bed- missing a sheet- no blanket- instead- a mattress cover. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets, thankfully we at least knew those were clean. When we asked the front desk for more towels- instead of offering to bring them to us- they told us they were in the dryer and to come back in 45 minutes. The corner of the kitchen had popcorn kernels on the floor. The dishes were dirty.
Just felt very gross when we left.

My second stay at the property to be exact. It's location is great! Really close to plenty of shopping and dining options, close to the airport if that is required. Not exactly close to the sites in Pittsburgh but the price has been perfect and getting in and around Pittsburgh is something to get used to. Still, not bad at all. I've been very satisfied and other than maybe an airbnb type thing in the future, this is my go to.

The only thing that made this stay ok was the lady working the front desk when we checked in. Everything else was BLAH! We picked this based on the 9 stars. Stains everywhere, cold showers, didn’t have our second room available at check in. Pool area hot & gross, no towels. Paper thin walls to the point we could hear people peeing above us. Wouldn’t stay again or suggest.

Moving out of town and chose to stay here with our 2 kids and dog the night before leaving. Spacious, clean rooms, very friendly staff.

Paying nearly $175 for a one night stay and waking up to find that there is no hot water in the shower made this a very disappointing stay. And having one elevator of two that won’t go to the 1st floor was very frustrating. A clean bed and a hot shower should be the bare minimum that any hotel should ensure are available to guests and this hotel failed that basic level of service. No discount offered, just some token Hilton Honors points.

This hotel was dirty, the sofa was ripped, the furniture was old and very worn, both televisions did not have sound and the breakfast was horrible with very limited options.

Room was amazing. Location was great very private. Only downside was the room was not ready for when we arrived and even after 3 hours from the stated check in time when we arrived at the room finally the floors were still wet and the dishwasher was running. Would definitely stay again but their scheduling/staff needs addressing.

I spent six nights here to attend professional meetings, and the suite was WONDERFUL! VERY spacious with a full kitchen, a HUGE bathroom (handicap access), and a comfortable living room-bedroom. It was a GREAT place, especially since it was much cheaper than a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.

Room was comfortable. Bedding seemed to have some leaf litter in it. Had to ask for additional towels because only had 2 sets but had reserved room for 4 people (only 3 ended up coming).

Great location in Robinson. Staff was friendly. I appreciated the unlock feature with my phone. Breakfast in the mornings was good, and the staff was attentive.

Staff and bartender was very good, the room was smelly, the carpets were very stained and dirty. Dishes in the room were also dirty, even though I listed 2 adults and 2 children there was only two towels I had to go back to the front desk on both stays to ask for more towels, lack of attention to detail. The elevator had button issues there was a trick to to it, I got stuck on the second floor and had to walk down the stairs to get back to lobby, it felt very unsafe. Shout out to the staff but will not be staying or will not recommend. Door to pool was also broken.

I never leave a review but thought we should in this case because we specifically booked this hotel due to its 9.2/10 rating. The exterior and common areas of the hotel were ok and of average cleanliness. Our room on the other hand was filthy and disgusting. Shower was full of hair when we arrived, floors were stained in filthy, couch was filthy. We couldn’t let our 10 month old down on the ground because his hands and knees were covered in black dirt after being on the floor of our room the first time. Had we have been staying for more than 2 more nights we would have found a different hotel to stay at. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel do to the filth of our room, bathroom.

Great hotel for our family! We had two young adult children with us, so having 3 beds was great. Nice to have a kitchen. Pool water was a bit funky, so not sure what was up with that. Outside tables and grills were available, which was nice to have that option. Hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping in the Robinson Twp area.

the kitchen floor was so dirty and sticky, the shampoo was run out and not get refilled, no extra bedding for the pull out sofa at living room. not return for next stay

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We chose it based on location (which was fine) and the availability of a bar and manager’s reception. On Expedia, it said that the manager’s reception was “select days.” I assumed the select days would be on the weekend… it was only on Wednesdays. Next, the hotel had a bar, but it was not open on Saturdays.
The hotel staff told me that they purposely didn’t stock towels in the pool room because people steal them and used “too many.” Instead, guests had to ask for them at the front desk whenever we went to the pool. An inconvenience that could’ve been communicated before we went to the pool. Entrance to the pool was super odd, too. You could only access it by going outside.
We were definitely not impressed.

Needs deep cleaned but otherwise in good shape. Right around the corner is a suburban shopping area. staff and extras were all good, hotel was overall clean. besides staying at a hotel right downtown this will be my go to place in the future.

We often visit Pittsburgh for concerts. This hotel is accommodating for pet lovers. The room was clean. Our request for a room near the door so we could get the puppy outside faster was honored. Breakfast was tasty. Love the early check in and late checkout!

Hotel is very convenient drive to airport. Staff is very friendly. My room needed updating. Carpet was all stained and pull out sofa had stains on it too. Only stayed for one night
