Nice big room, but noisy outside, needs noise proof windows. But, great location! Clean room, decent bed, crummy pillows, but nice to have table, chairs and small sofa. Laundry not available per staff, which was a big reason we picked this place.

Very clean and large. Lots of room and very beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was ideal and walkable to everything.

The location of this property is exceptional. There are wonderful shops—a coffee shop, a sandwich shop, and gelato—right on the same block. It is centrally located and you can walk everywhere—to the museums, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely book this stay again!

Very cool apartment in a historic building. Felt very Florentine (at least, my image of it)
Only issues we encountered were
1) difficult to block the street noise and light from Via Dei Neri (ah well, the price one pays for the location)
2) the old locks can be persnickety.
