Convenient as it was not too far from the airport

Just here for one night to rest. Place very clean and organized. Hotel shuttle to and from the airport a plus. Buffet in the restaurant really good, RECOMMENDED. Restaurant staff also very good and helpful.

nice hotel. Large pool, large room, comfortable bed, large bathroom with walk-in shower. Safe, lots of electrical outlets, iron and ironing board, good restaurant. Nothing around it so no walking to anything really but it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. We did really like the pool.

The place was very clean. Rooms were quiet and its location convenient to the airport. We will definitely be staying there again.

Not impressed that we got a room with two double beds. Booked a king bed.

This is a very convenient hotel for PTY access. The shuttle is excellent. Most staff are attentive and competent. The property is aging and not up to the standards of most Crowne Plazas, but if it’s just a night before a flight, that’s not a problem. Price is reasonable, though the buffets were not particularly tasty and over priced compared to orders from the menu. Kids liked the pool. I would have no hesitation coming back, but if you have time, Panama City has better choices for a home atmosphere.

It’s a typical airport hotel. Staff does an outstanding job but the prices are ridiculous for food and drink.

The soup dispenser needs to be replaced. The shower glass leaked and not enough towels were available.

We always stay at this hotel when travel back home. It has always been great. Not sure if management has changed or what. There was no coffee or cups in the room…we called down and they brought us one…unfortunately when we tried to make coffee this morning at 4:30 the machine didn’t work. We ordered Pizza at the restaurant last night and half was hard as a brick and the other half ok. This was not a 5 star stay this time.

The room was spacious and clean. The hostess for the restaurant provided great customer service.

Aside from the airport shuttle there wasn't even a complementary bottle of water in the room, NO complementary breakfast neither dinner like must hotels especially for the price... The hotel might be the closest stay to the airport, but that it's also the reason Crown Plaza are able to get away with anything and not provide what should be included with your stay.

Very clean, comfortable and easy transport to the the Airline.

We had a security incident at this hotel. The first room we were given had no metal security latch on the door. They moved us to the room next door because we noticed it. We had asked for a mini fridge and in the mean time we went down to the restaurant to eat. The door frame on the second room was dislodged but the door closed fine. We stayed downstairs for about 6 hours since we had friends coming to say goodbye. When we got back to our room, we noticed that there was a beer can on the night table and the covers on one of the beds was pulled over. We did not touch that bed and we do not drink alcohol. We noticed that the mini fridge had been delivered. After talking to the manager we went to bed and the next day the person in charge of security came to talk to us. Apparently a drunken guest and walked in our room thinking it was her room. The door was not securely closed and they told us we had left it open. We did not leave it open. We think the staff member that delivered the fridge left in open. It was all on their security cameras. Still they didn't acknowledge it and we were told it was us who left it open. Nothing was offer to us only an apology. It wasn't until I was leaving that I asked why they didn't offer some kind of compensation for the terrible incident to a frequent costumer of them that they security manager offered a free lunch and a delayed check out. I should've not had to ask. It should have been offered voluntarily.

This hotel is very close to the Tocumen Airport and offers a great hotel shuttle. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean and modern. There are a few walkable restaurant options. Outdoor pool has loungers and is a great place to spend some time while waiting for a flight.

No so good as showers were Luke warm

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms need improvement. In our room there is no hot water in the shower. The shower curtain is above the ridge so water leaks out. The floor beside the bed requires a good scrubbing.

The room’s inside lock was BROKEN. Like someone ripped it out with a tool. So not enough safety inside the room. The room was smelly, like an old carpet with mold that has been used too much but without the propper cleaning. There were not even one single bottle of water. The bathroom curtain was attached to the holder so you couldn’t move it; like the staff worried someone would steal it. There were no lights inside the bathroom. I won’t stay here again and I won’t recommend it.

Missing bed sheet and unable to provide one on request. Only one airport transfer every hour, packed full of people and luggage. No taxi readily available.

Not enough employees to service amount of guests - long wait times for check-in and restaurant service. Given room already occupied and had additional wait time to get another room. Service at bar was atrocious. One gentleman waited over 15 mins after requesting his check, when there were only 5 other patrons at bar. No restaurant service.

Friendly and helpful staff

Clean quick stay before flying out. Pool and gym facilities are updated and enjoyable. Restaurant food was quite bad. No coffee included in the morning.

This is a nice hotel. We like it for the convenience to the airport. It's always our first stop after arriving to gather ourselves for the journey ahead. The restaurant is very good, the staff is courteos and friendly, nice pool area, and comfortable beds.

Decent enough option for close by the airport. The lunch buffet is the biggest waste of $23 I've ever spent.

My second stay here, I have no complaints . Great place, nicely appointed rooms, nice and welcoming lobby, great staff, excellent location next to the airport, perfect pricing.
