Breakfast bar was sparse

Staff was very friendly and hotel was perfect for an overnight with the kids.

The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. Bathroom was nice but tv’s were small. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the ambiance. The location is also great. But we got no sleep either night. People were talking and laughing all night and nobody was at the front desk when we called. When we woke up exhausted. When we checked out the person who we spoke to about it disregarded our complaint as unlikely and made us feel like we were the problem. Why ask how are stay is then tell us we are full of it. I’m sorry that happened would have been nice.

We booked a king suite for my husband and I and our 13 year old son. It came with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed was absolutely atrocious. A complete contrast to the rest of the room. While the rest of the room was comfortably in Hilton or Marriott land, that pull out twin sized sofa mattress came straight out of a seedy hostel. I sacrificed myself so my husband and I could have a good nights sleep before we had a long day of robotics the next day. My back felt every single one of those springs so clearly that I had to put a towel underneath the sheet to try and cushion a little bit more of the metal springs. Why they would leave such an obviously poor conditioned mattress that isn’t even good enough for a homeless shelter in that room is beyond me. I’m willing to bet I just hit the lottery of sofa beds in the room that night. For reference we were in room 327. Maybe suggest they don’t put you in that room.

Great place

I enjoyed my stay .. Quiet close to shopping area convenient location. . Clean hotel breakfast was average . Housekeeping was not available due ti the weekend , which was new to us . It’s was a pleasant stay .

Check in was extremely helpful and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient. It was a great stay.

Our room was very clean, except for a wet towel that had been left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was really good for a free continental breakfast. Coffee was terrible, but only slightly worse than most hotel coffees. Generally a pleasant stay.

The pluses to our stay included good size suites, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The staff were so helpful and kind. However the sofa couch had terrible mattress and was not usable.

Great stay. Easy and clean

We flew into Sacramento; Lake Tahoe was our final destination for a birthday/anniversary weekend getaway. We got in late and the Staybridge was the perfect place to stop for the night. It made an easy drive in the morning to Tahoe. It's a very nice property. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. When I sleep, I struggle with neck issues. If I'm on a road trip I bring my own pillow, but when I fly that's not possible. The pillows and the bed @ Staybridge were great! I was able to sleep just fine with no neck issues or pain when I woke up. Our room was quiet, we couldn't hear any noise from outside, the rooms next to us or in the hallway. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of choices. My husband loves the hearty food like potatoes, sausage etc. I love to have fresh fruit while I'm traveling, and they had cut strawberries and grapes. They even had yogurt parfaits already made up or you could make your own. So, we were both happy! We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we're ever in the area.

Staybridge was awesome! The area was walkable, lots of restaurants…the hotel was clean, beautiful and the staff exceptional!!!! Would love to stay again!

It was comfortable and clean

Our stay was outstanding! We've stayed all over Folsom, including all the Marriott, Hilton, and Hampton hotels. However, this stay was completely unforgettable. We've visited Apple Hill annually, for the past15 years. This is the first time we brought our dog. We had a bedroom and living room suite. There was plenty of room for 4 people plus a dog. Everyone was courteous and the location is very convenient. I liked that it nearby to the 50 and the shopping areas without having too much traffic nearby. I would definitely revisit this hotel again, anytime I am in Folsom.

We called to ask if we arrived early whether or not we could use the pool. The front desk woman was incredibly rude and said she can check once we arrived. We explained that we would adjust our plans based on whether or not we could use it for the kids and she said she wouldn’t know if we could use it or not. She said this all with attitude. I then asked if I could speak to a manager and spoke with Chris. He was friendly and helpful and said we could of course use the pool before we checked in. He also said check in would be at 3:00 or 4:00pm. We decided to just arrive at 4:00pm to save the hassle where we could get ready and go straight to our family work event by 5:00pm. When we arrived, the front desk woman said our room was not ready yet and they would let us know when it was. We asked how long they estimate and she said 1-2 hours. We were confused because check in was supposed to be at 3:00 or 4:00pm and her and another woman condescending explained how their house cleaning staff needs lunch breaks and how many rooms they had to clean - all without any apology or any kindness for the fact that we were now going to be waiting 1-2 hours after scheduled check in and going to be late for our event we traveled in for. She was also reluctant to let us use the pool after all when asked to go there while we waited for the major delay. There was one woman in the breakfast area who was amazingly kind and helpful. We witnessed her with several guests and she was exceptional!
