I loved our room in the atrium building!!! The rooms were very clean and updated nicely! We had no issues with the room or that building or service or anything. It was amazing being so close to the beach!!! Only thing I didn’t care for was lack of breakfast options at the hotel. There was a few things you could buy, but all overpriced and didn’t look appealing. The pools were nice though!!! And we enjoyed our stay very very much!!

Paid more for a partial ocean view…it’s in a building behind the main building with a sliver of a view, overlooking several propane tanks. The Annex also has horrible soundproofing: the pool is right outside the door and is very loud. The room itself was nicely decorated and updated.

We had a great stay and the staff was excellent and very helpful. It was very clean and the ocean view was lovely! I highly recommend bringing your family here. It’s very family friendly

The checkin was quick and easy, the staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come again.

Room was nice enough, needs some updating and rip up the carpet, bed was fairly comfortable.
Walls are paper thin; we could hear EVERY word our neighbors were saying, even their phone conversation on speaker. Plus, I believe they were smoking or vaping weed in their room, because our room reeked when we got back from our hike, coming through the adjoining door. I don't get it, NO Smoking IS NO SMOKING regardless of what it is.
We couldn't use the only pool open as it was FULL of kids (including the hot tub) that no adult could get in or relax.
Also, the kids running up and down the walkway outside our room like a heard of elephants, yelling and screaming, where's the parents?

I had to book this property when my prior booking turned out to be closed for the season, taking my deposit with them. Staff were very nice. My only complaint was another guest let their child run up and down the porch of the main building with a luggage cart at 715am, New Years Day. I decided checking out was easier than confrontation. The rugs on the stairs need work. Caught my heels in holes on the stairs twice. Would stay again. Property is very convenient.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms, especially the bathroom are run down and in need of renovation.

Extremely clean. Front desk very friendly. The location beautiful. The ocean is right across the street. Property was well maintained Rooms were cute and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was nice. Stayed in room 223 nice ocean view as advertised. The mattress really needs to be replaced sagging on one side. Difficult to sleep especially with noise from above and room next door. You could hear everything. I would recommend the property as it is a nice three star for a reasonable price. The location is awesome and they put a lot of love into the holiday decorations.

The room was clean, carpet and chair cushions could use some updating. We loved that we had somewhat of an ocean view! The only negative was that we did not get to use the hot tub because the same group of young girls were there for the 2 hours it was open after we arrived. There was not enough room for us to join, and they made no move to leave or give us some space.

Enjoyed having coffee or a drink on our balcony, having a soak in the spa, & walking the beach for sunrise. Near to many outdoor attractions, breweries & restaurants, & fun shps.
Neat, attractive room, comfy bed. Fridge, no midrowave. Very small bathroom, some hair in the tub.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the room, but it’s an old worn out building. Some were friendly at the desk, others were not. This hotel made me sign a registration before I could book our stay, which I have never had to do, it was a turn off but I had booked within the non cancellations period. I feel this hotel is not guest oriented but how they can make more money from their guests. I gave it a 4 for this reason, it was just ok overall. It had a funky strong disinfectant smell in our room, walls are thin so you can hear other guests.
