Very friendly staff, clean hotel

Would have rated as a 5- star but just a few negative things about my stay. First, I’ll point out the positives: this was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. Now the negatives: the food in the casino was very pricey but good. After paying online, at check-in I was required to pay a $100 deposit for I don’t why, maybe the managers thought that I would steal a pillow or two. Next thing that I didn’t like was that you couldn’t set the thermostat lower than 66 degrees and the fan didn’t have an auto option. The last thing that I noticed was that whoever makes the beds had the flat sheet on top of the bedspread, but other than that, it was a nice stay

Need Room Service that was a downer

Great service at check in. Friendly staff. Clean room, enjoyed having a coffee pot !

The lobby was beautiful and the environment was fairly quiet. I wasn't expecting the surround area to be next to so many construction projects, so the scenery wasn't really up to par. The room was clean, but the phone, remote, and hair dryer was filthy. The refrigerator was college dorm sized. No microwave. Comparing this hotel to other casino hotels, the normal rate for these rooms are not worth the money.

My recent stay at Boomtown was truly delightful. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting decorated for Mardi Gras season. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
