Lovely condo. Spacious accommodations for 5 adults. Well-kept and maintained. Really well-stocked kitchen and the view from the covered patio DID NOT disappoint. I think we spent pretty much the entire 1st day sitting outside, enjoying the gorgeous view while catching up. Would definitely rent here again. And the host was super responsive too! Thanks again.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Erin was easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay here. The view was amazing. It was perfect for my elderly in laws,they could enjoy the beach air and view from the balcony! We shared stories and laughs! It was a great location for us to attend a shower/brunch at the Blue Marlin. We will definitely return for another visit!

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is beautifully decorated and was well-equipped with everything we needed. Our children enjoyed the wonderful collection of books and puzzles, and we all enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch while watching the waves. The condo was very comfortable for our family, and the pool and ease of beach access make this an excellent rental! We would love to come back soon!

This property had everything we needed and was at a great location. The property manager messaged me and gave me the check in code the day of check in. Instructions for check out were in the room. The property looked recently renovated, the bathrooms were very nice and the bedrooms had new furniture. Great spot for a family vacation. It is close to the pool and ocean and across the road is the intercostal water way/marsh. It is about a 1/2 mile to 3/4 of a mile to walk to the top of the island it is absolutely beautiful there the water is crystal clear. I will say here again.

Erin has everything you could possibly need for a family getaway. Condo is super clean with all new furnishings, bedding, etc. The views are gorgeous as you can see the waves from the outdoor covered patio, living room windows and master bedroom windows. Very large sized rooms and lots of storage! 10/10 in every category!!

What a great place to stay. We loved everything about this place. The condo was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could think of and more. The showers were nice and water pressure was fantastic. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The views can't be beat. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the ocean and sipping our morning coffee and having afternoon cocktails. I would highly recommend this place. The owner was very responsive. We will be returning!

We stayed for the weekend to visit our son at UNCW. The three bedroom condo was specious and updated and perfect for our large family. The host was very attentive and provided us with all the amenities we needed and answered all of our questions timely. The beach was not crowded and just a short walk from the condo. Looking forward to staying here for a longer period of time!
