Young lady at desk very polite & helpful. The bathroom drying rack was faulty as well as drapes in room. The lobby was under construction & dusty. There was no disclosure about ongoing construction.

Brilliant location to see downtown Vancouver. Depending on which street you take you may see drug users but don't do you any harm. Stayed for 3 nights before taking a cruise. Seawall is a beautiful walk especially at night.

Always a great option to stay downtown in an affordable budget. Within walking distance to Canada line and plenty of food options. Rooms are comfy.

Comfy room. Just needed a cleaner floor. Walking from washroom to bed barefoot had multiple long black hairs and other dirt on feet

Location was good, safe area. Was in town for weekend music festival. Although lobby was under renovation was still clean. You get a discount at the adjoining White Spot but do not recommend it for multiple reasons.

I asked for a quiet room and I was put in Room 413 facing and just above the extremely noisy and vibrating drilling and road works next to the hotel which began drilling very early in the morning I was awaken to the loud disturbance and vibration in the room I would like a full refund Please advise

The room was dirty, dusty and black mould on window and drapes. Hairs in shower. Beds were lumpy and soft. The windows did not open and we had no choice but to listen to the aged a/c unit rattle all night. Stuffy with no fresh air.

Really wish I had known ahead of time that the parking was valet only. Waiting for my vehicle upwards of 30 mins was not convenient. I paid for breakfast and was told to pick up a voucher in the morning but the front desk was too busy so paid for breakfast. Also, free parking if you book on their site but their site is down so not an option.

Nice hotel, good location, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I give this two stars because my shower was COLD in the morning - not a nice way to wake up! I spoke to the staff that and tried my water and it was warm that evening. The next morning, my shower was cold again.

Nice to have White Spot right next door. Easy to walk to Aquabus to Granville Island etc. lots of construction nearby but nothing bothered our sleep.

Staff, we can’t understand clearly what they’re saying, looks like they’re strict the way we saw them . The room, we’re scared to used the shower looks like it easily to break.

I travelled with two people in their 80’s. I am in my mid seventies we found our room to be very good. Taxi service was good and every thing we needed was close. Sky train was within walking distance. I would recommend this as a good place to stay and will stay again when the need arises.

Great service ( front desk, valet, all staffs) Old building but keeping it clean. I think house keeping need to be improved. House keeper came to clean once for 4 nights staying and didn't add any coffee and cups. A vacuum cleaner was sitting on the hallway for a couple of days.

Staff are always great. I love this venue. They got dealt a bad hand with the Granville Street bridge closing off their own underground parking so they introduced a Valet service - a great upgrade!

The stay, service, the location and cleanliness of this location was great. The only problem was the squeakiness of the bed. That keeps us up all night long.

The location is amazing and the staff is very courteous. I didn't know I'd have to pay for parking (unless I booked through their site).

Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Bathroom fan was loud and would not turn off. A/C was loud and sounded like it was breathing. So some maintenance is required. Some other items in disrepair.

Close to Granville island and not too far from Stanley Park. Easy hop slip and a jump from Sky train (Yaletown Roundhouse). Clean and updated room.

Great location! Easy to walk around and get to many attractions and amenities. Room is nice except the desk chair was shredded and needs a replacement!

Service was great. Those at the front desk were extremely helpful with directions and finding the parking.

This place is great!!! City's still doing something on the road outside that was a bit of a hassle, otherwise practically perfect.

Nice feature was penthouse kitchen and lounge available for guest use. Facilities were clean but a little worn, generally ok though. Unfortunately major road construction was underway in front of the hotel, made door access by taxi difficult

What a disappointment. Upon arriving we received notice that the area was under construction so we were unable to access the hotel from the street. We had to drive around and search for a temporary access and was then blocked off by machinery for about an hour waiting to get access to the hotel. Once we could finally drive up, we managed to get checked in and had to pay for parking even after the complete mess that the property is in with renovations outside. You would think that they would be forgoing these charges at the very least. We got into the parking garage and there was garbage everywhere. There is a rat infestation and the parking garage is covered in rat feces that were tearing apart garbage bags that were not placed in the bins. We got up to the rooms and the walls are covered in black mold by the windows, the sills are dripping wet and the mold continued from the walls by the windows into the washrooms. The vanity is falling apart and the shower is leaking and the shower head had virtually NO pressure. The nozzles/adapter arms for the shower head were not sealed properly and there was water spewing everywhere. Waiting for the hotel to respond.

Excellent price, clean room, and accomodating staff. Only negative.. room service every 3 days so none during my stay, however, I was able to get what i needed promptly from the staff.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They don’t noise complaints seriously. There was a very intoxicated room next to me who were in the halls screaming until 3am.
