we loved the hotel. It is new and clean and quite beautiful. Ask for a quiet room, if this exists. We looked out onto Old Redwood Drive and it was noisy in the morning, but not horribly so. If your room looks out onto Hwy. 101 it would be a problem for us. Staff is great.

This property was nice and the parking was convenient, staff has great customer service.

We stayed here for one night for an appointment in the area for my husband. One of my children ended up getting sick and vomiting in the bed in the middle of the night. I called the front desk right after, they brought up a change of bedding. When I checked out the next day they didn’t say anything when we checked out. We realized while we were waiting for my husband to get out of his appointment that my daughter forgot her Apple Watch in the room. I called and headed back as soon as we realized and then my credit card was charged $200. It was charged right after I hung up with the front desk. When I got there they said that they were charging me the extra fee for the sheets and tried to say there was feces on the sheets. Spoke to the manager and they cut the fee in half. I feel like if I hadn’t called about the lost Apple Watch they wouldn’t have charged be because we were charged right after I called. We had been gone for a couple hours. We left at 8:30 I went back a little after 10:30ish and they claimed they already cleaned the room completely and tried to wash out the sheets. I read through their policies and it does not state what an extra cleaning fee is or what there policy is on if you have an illness while staying in there room. They tried to compare my child being ill to an adult drinking too much and puking everywhere. I obviously wouldn’t have brought my child with me if I knew he was going to get sick. Especially when it came out of nowhere.

Clean, convenient place to stay. Have a good lobby, dining area and internet facility.

I would definitely stay here again, if I need to visit Windsor again. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Mireya our housekeeper was friendly and polite. We didn’t use the buffet at all but it did smell good on our way out 🙂. It was raining when we got there, I was so thankful that the parking lot was downstairs in the basement with and elevator to the inside of the hotel. One thing I would like to comment, I wish they had a designated area for service dogs to go potty, I had to take my service dog to the next building where they had grass and dirt ( don’t worry hotel, I always clean after my companion) it would have been nice if the hotel had grass or dirt behind the parking structure for service dogs to go potty instead of rocks, other then that our stay was perfect . Thank you

Friendly staff

The beds were comfortable and the room was well insulated from light and noise. It was directly off the freeway, which was a bit unpleasant. But that’s the kind of hotel it is - great price and good enough. My real complaint is warm but NOT HOT water on the top floor.

Great hotel!

I hated the tv shutting off automatically. The sleep function was turned off, but the tv still turned off after a set amount of time. Some hotels program them to do this and it SUCKS!

3 night stay that I extended by a day as I extended my trip. Very clean and comfortable Holiday Inn. Recently renovated, so everything was super clean and in top condition. Very conveniently located for Sonoma area wine & restaurant touring. Staff is kind and helpful. Only two negatives - slow elevators and the “restaurant”. Ate only one breakfast there because I discovered a long strand of hair in the food my first morning. Didn’t want to eat any more meals there after that.

One of the most comfortable bed to sleep on. Hotel was extremely clean. Service was fast and friendly. Will be staying here again when we head out to Bodega Bay. Not far from Bodega and very close to Graton Casino. We ate at a nearby local brunch / lunch restaurant in old town Windsor. Very beautiful town.

We really liked staying here. We had a big room suite with a jetted jacuzzi tub and large bathroom. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher, and coffee pot. Comfy king bed. Everything seemed on the newer side, very clean and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. We will stay again next time we’re visiting Windsor area. Con: our room faced the freeway. No view and was noisy for my hubby but I slept right thru it. There’s a fan in the bath that stays on all the time but I’m guessing it’s for white noise. Not sure but I was fine. Otherwise best to ask for a room elsewhere in the hotel.

Very nice and comfortable newer hotel with large room. The only disappointment was the optional $5 breakfast which was not worth more than that, even the coffee. The second day, I made the coffee in the room, which was much better, and ate elsewhere. I will be staying there again but without talking the breakfast option.
