We had a fabulous stay from check-in to check-out! Everything from staff to the fun at the pool was just perfect.

The views to the Ocean were amazing. The food was also really good. I will definitely come back.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand! It was our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel treated us to a free upgrade to a beautiful gulf view room. The amenities were great and although the weather was good, we LOVED the heated pool. My daughter could not get enough of it! The beach is also beautiful and having 2 chairs and umbrella included in the resort fee made everything easier. We will definitely come back to this hotel for another relaxing vacation!

Friendly service. Super clean. Spacious rooms. The only downside was the uncomfortable mattress and the thermostat that wasn't working. The room was very warm.

Our stay was amazing

My family and I booked this hotel for our first visit to Clearwater, Florida and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It’s absolutely stunning. We literally felt like we were on an island resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean from our room to the pool to the gym. We arrived well before it was time to check in so they accomodated by allowing us to hang out at the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. We selected the hotel room with the king bed and twin bunk bed. It was a perfect size for us. It offered views of the pool and beach from the balcony. The food and drinks poolside were tasty. I loved that instead of having a traditional room key, we were given key bracelets to wear, so we were less likely to lose them. We rented a car and valeted. We were able to get in and out of the hotel with ease; the valet staff is super efficient. Overall, our stay was amazing. My only suggestions are that the tables next to the lounge chairs could use a good power wash or be replaced all together. Lastly, the shower water temps in the hotel room didn’t get as hot as what I’m used to. Other than that, it was a fabulous and relaxing time! This is definitely my go to resort anytime I’m visiting Clearwater! Thank you for making this a memorable vacation!

The location is nice but the bar and restaurant are average. The pool bar is not open beyond 7:00, so amenities are not up to what is expected. The front counter staff was not very accommodating or friendly. The building and lobby is dated and uncomfortable.

Stayed here 6 years ago, loved the location to the beach. Felt pricing was a little high even though it was spring break but went for it knowing we had such a great experience last time. Was a little disappointed by the crowds - everything felt overcrowded. People reserving seats by the pool as early as 7am created stress. Beach was overcrowded - wasn’t easy to find attendants to find seating - I paid extra for these ammenties and didn’t feel like I got my monies worth this time around.

Pool was overcrowded and cloudy. Restaurant is substandard and expensive. The room was ok. We asked for maid service and it never came. We won’t go back.

Loved this hotel! Stayed with a friend for 5 days and it was amazing! Staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Plan to come again!

Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. What I would say needs improving is the infomation provided to guest when first checking in. We checked in early in the morning and understood our room would not be ready until 4pm. However we were never told about or provided with a temporary arm band that would have made our first few hours at the resort more enjoyable and less confusing. Having to explain to beach chair patrol, towel people and the like, that we didnt have a room number yet was awkward and annoying. It wasn't until early afternoon when the security guard stopped us from entering the pool area did we find out we should have received this at check in. Something to work on!

We had a great stay. Staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. The only complaints that we had are that it was noisy at night when the bar had live music and the carpet in the room was pretty dirty. Other than that we loved it.

Would have been better if we didn't get woken up to weights being dropped on the floor at 5am each morning at the gym one floor beneath our room. Would recommend asking for a room away from that area.

Hotel rooms need updated, noisy with the bar and bands playing across the street. Employees were friendly & room was clean.

The hotel itself is very nice- spacious rooms and helpful team. I had a professional conference at the hotel so that was very convenient. The problem I had is that the restaurant/bar across the street was unbeleivably loud into the wee hours. I cannot believe there isn't a noise ordinance against this. The noise kept me up until midnight both Friday and Saturday, even with white noise blasting. I reported this issue to the front desk and they said they would "try to contact the restaurant but that they couldn't guarantee the music would be turned down." I looked at the bar's reviews and I'm not the only one who has experienced this. If I stay again, I will ask to stay in a room opposite to that noisy bar.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. Everyone was very hospitable and ensured we had the best time staying at the Wyndham.

Everything was wonderful, except for the temperature in the room. We could not get it to cool.
