Hotel was very clean , comfortable , convenient location , very friendly and accommodating staff. We booked a room with two queen beds for Four adults and it was as we booked with plenty of towels for all four of us. Beds and pillows very comfortable!! Would stay again

The top floor pool and sauna are sunny and relaxing.. Hotel is 3’ by foot to Bell centre and huge supermarket.
3’ to Ste Catherine St with tons of shops and restaurants.
Downtown is 15’ by foot so great location and very spacious rooms.

I booked 2 nights straight in this hotel. I paid with hotels.com like I always do. The hotel double charged one of my nites. Plus The hotel gave me a hard time at the check in and would not accept my business credit card so I had to pay the security deposit with my personal card. The next day they charged an extra nite to my personal card (that was already paid with the app) plus another security deposit for a nite. I haven’t received the refund for their error yet….
Manager did not want to talk to me.

Outstanding 2-night stay. The location couldn’t be better for accessing the Bell Centre and Shopping along Rue Ste Catherine. The registration desk team were welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. The hotel is clean and modern. The pool and fitness centre are nice and there’s a hot tub and sauna. I’ll be returning to this hotel on my next Montreal trip! FYI: parking is $35/night.

We had a great stay! Loved how close it was to restaurants downtown and the coffee bar/breakfast restaurant in the lobby was very convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very nice hotel, would stay again :)

Went to Montreal for the Madonna Concert and this hotel, hands down, has been the best stay I’ve had in awhile. I tried to speak French and the staff smiled and spoke English, they were patient, AND!! Helped answer all our questions with such professionalism and kindness. I WILL DEF BE BACK

Stayed one night for a concert at the Bell Centre, quick 3-4 minutes walk. It was a wonderful stay. Every single employee we encountered was so nice, helpful and welcoming, definitely recommend. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I was put in a room with one window that resembled a porthole. Not only was it smaller than any window I've seen in a hotel, but it was recessed. I felt like I was in a basement. And looked out on the roof. Not impressed.

Our room was so bright at night due to the green florescent hotel signs outside our room, was in a rush to ask to change rooms, would be good to get a heads up next time.

Great property , we had a nice stay . The only thing that wasn’t great was that Check out was at 12 but the cleaners kept trying to come in to our room at 9 then 11 … not sure if they thought we were already check out but didn’t love feeling rushed.

The hotel was good overall, moderate cleaness. I asked for a good room, but I was given a street side room. It is too noisy. I dont recommend staying in a street side room. The swimming pool is over rated. It is small, no place to relax, and too crowded

Modern, high ceilings, pool on roof warm with great views, large clean rooms, nice resturant downstairs with good cocktails, good separate breakfast resturant with nice high ceiling's, lovely breakfast, really great area with lovely views of Montreal and great shopping etc. Nearbye!

Hands down, this is probably the Best Hotel you can stay in while visiting Montreal. It wins in all categories you can think of. The location is perfect, its very walkable anywhere, the condition, style, and design is a colorful contemporary modern, from lobby to reception to halls to the rooms. The rooms are huge. Ive never stayed in king size bedrooms this large. They clean and do room cleaning to the tee. This Holiday Inn easily competes with the top 5 in the city by far, yet with extremely competitive prices. Stayed 5 nights, was my 3rd stay there and hopefully looking forward to it again. 5 stars all the way.

We booked online as we arrived to montreal there was no vacancy so we asked the front desk where can we get a room at 11 pm they referred us to nova hotel where we called and booked - so Iasked front desk to cancel my reservation as we needed a place to stay that night and its -5 outside we weren’t going to sleep in our car, the next day I saw I was not credited I called to have charge removed and they refused —— I had booked online and ten minutes later cancelled in person at the front desk

Really clean and quiet location. Visited Montreal with my elder parents and the stay was very convenient for their needs. The rooms were clean, the lobby looked really beautiful, our room was close to the elevator so my parents didn't need to walk too much. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The ladies at the front desk were really kind. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Montreal.

Hotel was amazing but the staff specifically at the reception was very very rude and Disrespectful . For very basic thing like water they were saying go and buy the water even though it’s just a matter of 2 or 3 dollar. So for their behaviour I would not recommend this location rest everything was amazing
