The hotel was kept up well and the staff were very friendly. I have one complaint. I am used to a nice hotel having coffee available, downstairs, all day long. Here they cut off the coffee in am. Breakfast was so so, but usual free fair. There were a lot of restaurants with a few miles, also.

Very nice hotel and accommodations. I chose because of the indoor pool which met every expectation. Wonderful outside seating for us as we are smokers. Staff rated excellent in every way!
I have one suggestion- bathroom needs more hanging space for towels. I did not report but our shower door did not close completely leading to extra water on the floor.

I stay at the Brier Creek location a few times a year and they never disappoint. The staff is always nice and friendly. The property is always clean. The breakfast is freshly stocked. The location offers plenty of places to go for entertainment and the property has its own ways to allow enjoyment. Please keep up the good work. My family loves this property!

Room reeked of weed and we had to be moved. Paid $50 to park for our flight and then were told shuttle wasn’t running upon our return. Won’t be staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very nice and was quiet. Only complaint was that the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and there was no detergent to run a wash cycle. We had to stop a housekeeper in the hallway and get a packet of soap. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

From the time we went to check-in, Until the Last Day, Had an Amazing Stay here. You have an Amazing Staff Here at this Location, They deserve to be recognized for their Friendliness, Very Organized, Professional and Outstanding Service they have given to me and my Husband. Very clean and I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting the Raleigh area!!!! From a Score of 1-10 , I rate this Hotel 10+++++ all across the board!!!! Thank you for making our stay so Comfortable.

This is a great hotel for short or long term stays. I have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. Plenty of space in the rooms and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety.
Outside has plenty of parking and is well lit at night for walking your dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely be coming back here when I’m in the area.

No extras available in housekeeping—everyone had leaking showers, swamping the bathroom floors—pool closed during times it should be open—easy to hear thru walls—rarely anyone at the desk—pets barking all night—weekend breakfast different quality than during the week

The property is very nice and convenient. This time my room wasn't as clean as in the past. I think the cleaning staff was in a rush and forgot to dispose of a few things and wipe everything down. Also the shower door continues to leak water when closed and in use. I mentioned this once before and it doesn't seem to have been addressed.

This was an excellent choice for an overnight in San Jose. Everything went smoothly, from my check-in to my shuttle ride to the airport. Highly recommend.

My Room 104 was terrible, could hear people talking down the hall. And the people were not talking loud. Also could hear the toilets flush loudly from the upper rooms.

Property is nice and in an area where it’s still near the shopping area but also in a quiet area. Would stay again.

Property is a bit dated, but adequate. Our main problem is that they gave away our room! We tried to check in to our already paid for room (1 bedroom suite) and discovered that they already gave it to someone else. We were put in a standard king room and said they could not refund the price difference. Not happy about that at all.

Wonderful hotel. Staff always very welcoming with smiles on their face and very accommodating. Our company has chosen this hotel as our go to when needing employees to stay. The breakfast is great with hot food combo with healthy choices. The inside as outside is kept very well maintained and clean. My only complaint is the beds could be a little softer. I prefer a pillow top mattress rather than firm. I def recommend and will be back.

The good: The location was very convenient — easy in and out, short drive to multiple restaurants, etc. Service, cleanliness, and amenities were fine. Breakfast was great.
The bad: The most uncomfortable mattress in a year of frequent travel — too soft and lumpy. Ugh!
Ultimately, we felt safe, clean, and cared for but NOT rested :(

I love this hotel I’ve stayed there a few times when I went to Raleigh. This time I wasn’t satisfied the couch in the room smelled like smoke and the room across the hall kept their television on all night both nights and I couldn’t get to sleep.

Our host Joseph did not ask us about our stay, we had to tell him. The host didn’t initiate any plan of action for concern about the inconveniences of our stay. Host acted like he didn’t really care and just shrugged it off as if it was our problem, not his. There wasn’t a resolve and once we figured no one could help us we departed. We’ve been loyal customers to Hyatt house brier creek for years and this is normally our go to for a place stay while in Raleigh. The toilet handle was broken and it caused our toilet paper to constantly roll on the floor. We removed a piece of paper from the paper towel roll and immediately spotted a bug crawling inside of it. Last but not least, our lock latch was defective and didn’t work. Night host told us maintenance would come into the room the next morning to spray for the bugs appearing & he never showed.
