The location of the property was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and efficient. I wish there was a restaurant in the facility or at least more dining options nearby.

Was put in between service room and another Jan closet or something. Heard music blaring at 6 am coming from one of these rooms

Professional and courteous staff upon checking in. Kinda disappointed with breakfast, eggs/sausage didn't look cook, basic breakfast compare to other Hamptons. What surprised me was the camera at eye level while getting coffee. Lotsa'of construction going on, N/S on/off ramps(heads up). Overall, stay was nice.

The Hampton's King Studio Suite is spacious, contains all the essentials, and features a bed of "just right" firmness. The microwave & fridge came in very handy. The coffee maker is of inferior quality; the breakfast buffet is the place to get a decent cup.The windows do not open, and the AC/heater unit cannot be turned off, which could be a nuisance for some (once the room temp stabilizes, it'll be fairly quiet). There is no in-room safe, and the decor is bland but in good condition. The pool is clean, not very chlorinated, and just big enough for actual swimming (and I had it all to myself). Breakfast features the classic American hot & cold favorites with small daily variations on the egg & meat options. There are several eateries in the neighborhood; the most convenient ones are right next door (burgers/tacos and Mediterranean, ideal for take-out). The hotel may seem generic & unmemorable, but it's friendly & well-run. If I need to stay in that part of Mission Viejo again, this would be a safe, predictable choice.

The staff is AMAZING! Especially Saad and his partner. Shower pressure was very low and needs tweaking, kiddos thought breakfast was terrible, but overall great stay!

Problems with the room... the bathroom door did not stay closed, it slid open. No fan. But the bed was comfortable, and tv worked.

Jacuzzi was nice and hot at the end of our day. JK Burgers and Tacos was right next door and was absolutely delicious. Awesome burgers. Hotel was quiet and clean.

I liked the overall property. Clean and quiet. The breakfast was overall good, could use a breakfast potato. We liked the make it yourself waffle irons.

The check in and cleanliness was great. Room looked clean and inviting. I woke up numerous times throughout the night though due to neighbors doors ( seemed to be the bathroom doors) slamming. So thin walls. The outdoor traffic was loud and the light was coming through the blinds below. The streetlights were bright and think those were the lights. I’m tired today. It wasn’t as relaxing as I had hoped
