This is my wife and mine 3rd time staying here with in a year. It’s awesome!!! Staff is great. Overall very clean. Close to enough attractions on the boardwalk, but far enough away from all the noise in the summer. Two reasons for not a full 5 starts, 1) lots of other people’s hair in the room and some bedding. 2) No cameras pointing at the premiere parking spaces. Last time had my truck hit and could not figure out who did it. Overall will be booking here again for summer and fall.

I enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness was good. I didn't have to bother the staff with things that did not work or that was not cleaned. My stay was very pleasant and the staff was very accommodating.

Last time we were here you could park in gravel lot shared with brass balls directly behind hotel …… now you have to pay to park in that lot & free guest parking lot is 2 blocks from hotel…. Not cool… other then that everything else was fine

We switched to the Monte-Carlo last minute due to an issue at another hotel and I cannot emphasize how pleased we were with our stay. Parking is unique - don't get me wrong but specifically this time of year - there were multiple open spots around the hotel that did not require premier parking or a long walk. We did premier parking because I'm on crutches and while a tad pricey it was worth it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I can give is to have the indoor units serviced - ours was a bit loud when it turned on but it quieted down. Beds were more than comfortable, fridge was very cold and the service was SO NICE. Shoutout to the front desk agent who survived a cheerleading weekend in OC - she couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Indoor pool a tad small but for what we needed, it was great! Overall a very positive stay and will pick this hotel again when we return. Thanks Monte Carlo!

Never had a bad stay there. They let you check-in early, front desk staff great. Pool awesome. Wish we could turn off the balcony light at night while sitting outside. But….if I’m paying $26 dollars a day for “ premium” I would expect there to be some kind of security cameras out there. Will my truck was hit. (Whole side of my truck bed caved in.) but no cameras, so could not see who hit my truck. That’s why the poor ratings.

Air conditioner did not work Hotel was clean Parking lot in front of the hotel is no longer just for the hotel. it's premium parking for the hotel and remained empty. The free parking lot is 2 blocks away.

It was great stay. Everyone was friendly. But parking was hard unless you paid 21.00 for their parking. When in their description did not say that. If you didn’t want to pay that the you had to park two streets away from them.
