We had a great corner room with great views over the harbor. Lots of windows bringing in light and views. I even saw an amazing sunset. The room was small, but had a very comfortable bed. It would have been helpful to have a luggage rack. There really was no place to place our suitcase. It was a great breakfast with a nice variety.

Breakfast was amazing. Location is awesome and walking distance to national mall. The only issue was that there is a club under the hotel and music was blasting till midnight and couldn’t sleep. Hotel couldn’t accommodate with partial refund as I booked my hotel through Hotel. Com

This hotel is pretty mediocre for the price. Our room was small and the TV was placed on a shelf in the middle of the room. We had to leave the bathroom light on to avoid running into during the night. Breakfast was very understaff and the food was just so-so. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location.

I greatly appreciate the hotel, the staff the morning breakfast the room itself was absolutely wonderful. The only issue I had was there was no parking for a hotel guest. The wharf is a very high volume area with lots of tourist and locals. Just be prepared to have to find your own parking, which is pretty impossible on weekends. It’s not the hotels fault but I pretty big inconvenience.

Door frames of bed room and the bath room are slightly deformed. Also, the lock of the bathroom is malfunctioned, so we couldn't actually close the door.

The hotel was centrally located to everything we went go see. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was well stocked and hot.

Wish there were more hocks. Toiletries are minimum (no body lotion). Floor did not get cleaned. But the kitchen is a huge plus with all the useful kitchen tools. Restrooms in the lobby do have any changing tables. Hard to do a last minute diaper change for a baby.

Everything you need from a hotel was good.
We got two rooms, one was serviced and the other ignored.
The folks at the front desk, need some help with customer service.
They were not helpful at all when we asked questions about the area.
Just google was their answer.

Perfect spot at the Wharf, with shops, restaurants, bars all around. Close to the s room in DC proper. Comfy bed. All amenities and a fabulous breakfast.

The location was fantastic, the AC did not get cool enough and the water pressure is non existent, the shower just dribbles.

The room was very nice but the shower was horrible. Nooooo water pressure at all. Also, I was not warned about the $60 a day for parking. I ended up paying $240 which is a big chunk of my vacation budget.

Great location. Easy walk to museums and National Mall. Friendly front desk staff. Room felt a bit small for three people. Very clean. Noisy fan, room was hot, thermostat would not go below 65.

Most uncomfortable bed ever slept on. When asked staff they said agreed would of been nice to tell us that🙁

Everything was perfect aside from absolutely nowhere to park and breakfast wasn’t to par

The GPS takes you to the wrong location, if you’re not from the area this is very co confusing. It’s hard to get turned around and the parking garage is difficult to find. It cost $65 to park even if your staying at the hotel which isn’t stated on the booking website.

We came to DC for a memorial service at Arlington. Decided to extend her stay and see the national mall and all the beautiful things around the area. The room was great. The wharf is amazing. Lots of cool things to do the staff at the hotel was freaking amazing. I cannot believe how nice everybody was. The people when you would go down to breakfast, no matter who they were Would stop and say hello to you and ask you if you needed anything. The front desk staff was very good.

Glad we decided to stay here while visiting Washington. The hotel is only 9 min minutes from the airport and there were shopping centers and a lot of dining options around. We were able to walk to tour the monuments. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing!
