I planned a girls trip for my sisters birthday and 9 of us celebrated in this property! The place was excellent, even nicer in person, plenty of space and bedrooms. Great decor for all of our epic photos! Great place for big groups! This place will be on my back up for future vacations! I would stay here again. We loved everything about it!! Cozy, spacious, modern, clean, plenty of games ! Highly recommend!
The host is very responsive and professional. Check in was easy! Hot tub was perfect! We had a blast with our 80s themed birthday!! Thanks Eric.

We were in town for an event and this was the perfect spot. Rooms very spacious and beautiful. This is perfect place to stay for groups! Will be back if opportunity arises

The home accommodated a large family gathering very nicely. Only 4 adults and 2 kids stayed but we hosted over 25 people for dinner and it had space for all of us. We did have to bring in extra tables and chairs but there was plenty of room to fit our large group. It’s an older home but has been renovated very nicely and we were very comfortable there.
The host is very thoughtful and outfitted the house with things we didn’t know we’d need for example a baby gate to block the stairs for the 2 year old. Most impressive though was the hosts prompt response when we had an issue with the breaker. He came and had it fixed the same day we notified him of the problem which was amazing. The host was super responsive to messages from the moment we booked through the end of our stay (and beyond). It’s obvious he cares about providing the best experience for guests.
I’d highly recommend this place for large groups.

We had a crew of around 12 guys stay for a Batchelor party weekend. The house is a perfect setup. The games and hot tub were awesome. Highly recommend. Eric was a great host.

House, host and location were great. We were visiting Denver for a graduation and had lots of fun at convenient and well appointed house.

This house was perfect for celebrating the graduation of our son from Colorado School of Mines. We hosted a dinner for a few of his friends and the kitchen/dining area was spacious. It had a large dinner table and long counter space for serving. There were plenty of games/activities for them afterwards. It was an easy commute to Golden as well. It rained most of the time, so we were unable to enjoy all the backyard had to offer which was unfortunate for us. We would stay here again.

Eric has done an amazing job with this house. It is a perfect set up for a group looking to stay in a very convenient area of Denver. He is very accommodating and his communication throughout the entire process is next level. So much to do in and around this property. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This house was perfect for a trip of 6 friends. Bedrooms are comfy, shared living spaces are huge and light, and the backyard is amazing. Eric stacked it with lots of games which was a fun touch. We’ll definitely try to come back!

Perfect property for our group; 3 adults and 5 kids to include teens and elementary age kids. You cannot beat the convenience of having a park with playground equipment adjacent to the house. Everything we needed as far as groceries was minutes away. The house is simply and adorably decorated with tons of options to keep the kids entertained. Very comfortable and clean.

Home is located in a great area. Easy access to interstate. Home was very clean with well stocked kitchen. Very spacious. Quick and great communication with the host, Eric. I highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed the big beautiful house. The kiddos loved all the different games and spacious space. Very nice private yard. The weather was cold so the fire place outside was extremely necessary. We loved the get away. Also the owner was very nice and helped us in a timely manner when we had questions. Highly recommend the stay, the place is beautiful.

Beautiful home. It was perfect for out family get together! Plenty of room to spread out if you wanted . Close to highway 70, so easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely rent again!

Eric’s home was perfect for myself and 5 others during our trip to Denver. It was a short drive from the airport (~28 minutes). The home was very clean and modern and had lots of games and forms of entertainment to keep us busy during our downtime.

Love how this place was decorated and how we felt at home! Many games, hot tub and large yard kept my 8 year old busy and off technology! We would definitely stay here again!
