Great condo. Very clean and well stocked. The bed was great and couch too. Loved being by the pool!

This was spur of the moment since the wifey went on girls trip this weekend i decided to take a solo vaca to corpus found this little gem condo.its perfect for one person definitely 2 not really any more than that. The room itself is clean and has everything you need some of the light fixtures need tighting and the front door sticks no tv in the bedroom but don't really need one since i was outside all day. Otherwise it was perfect for a solo run great location for couples bars restaurants things to do all close by. Definitely will go back and rent from vascasa again.

On arriving found closet doors broken & unable to access closet to hang up clothes, and there was no parking permit permit found. I contacted Vacasa immediately to report both issues, received multiple messages telling me where the parking permits were supposed to be located. From 4pm Sunday until after 12:30 pm Monday no meaningful response, but finally staff brought me the permit needed so I wouldn’t get towed. She also worked diligently to remove the housekeeping supplies & unjam the closet doors enough so I could access enough of the closet to hang up clothes, which I appreciated due to being told she didn’t know when they could get someone to actually fix the doors. Not a great start to the week, but I must say I found the condo very clean & quiet. Also appreciated the elevator & luggage carts for ease checking in & out. Nice balcony overlooking pool & canal. Everything was in good working order except the front door VERY hard to open & close. I would probably stay here again as it was also close to everything and so quiet it was like I had the building to myself.

Convenience and felt like home

This was a last minute booking for us and while we've been going to N. Padre Island for many years, we've never stayed in this particular area. We weren't expecting much just hoping for a quick getaway. We ended up being VERY pleasantly surprised! It was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. The pool was super clean and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. One night we picked up pizza and ate dinner on the table down by the water. We made breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. Vacasa did a great job with communication- we have had issues with other condos on the island, so it was much appreciated. We will be back!
