I loved the vibe at Nitta condo. It was peaceful, the condo is lovely, there were nice guests to interact with at the pool and it still feels quite private. Its close to the beach and has a nice walking trail in the Blvd. We enjoyed meals out at the Marival, close by…esp the Tapas Sky Bar! Ritchie with Vacasa is really nice to deal with. He’s new with Vacasa, has lots of experience the US hotel industry and is working hard to make sure his guests have a good experience.

Location relative to public beach access is Excellent. Location relative to groceries or amenities is Fair. You will need a bike, car, taxi, Uber, collectivo, or be prepared to walk (1 hour round trip to Paradise Mall for groceries). There are a number of restaurants nearby but be prepared to walk 10 to 20 minutes one way for most of them. Welcome info was Poor. If I was the owner hunting for good reviews, I would have left a welcome package or binder telling the client where to get drinking water, how to get the code to access the gate to the beach, nearby restaurants, transportation options and recommendations, nearest groceries, recommended activities in the area, emergency numbers, etc. We had to figure that all out. As the owner, I would have also made sure there was some drinking water upon guest arrival. (They left a bag of ice, but that's not useful when you're dying of thirst). Likewise while there are cooking gear, plates etc, there was no cooking oil, salt and pepper or other spices. Had we known to bring some we would have. We discovered this AFTER we get back with our first round of groceries and drinking water which was disappointing. As to cleanliness and fit and finish, it was overall average. One always has to balance the price point vs expectations. When I see easy fixes, such as mounting a mirror straight, or fixing kitchen cupboard hinges that have failed, or switching the fridge door to open towards the kitchen, it illustrates relative standards of the owner vs property manager vs the guest. Cleanliness was reasonable but not stellar (soap grunge in the shower and clumps of hair that didn't belong to us). When we look at our overall eight-night stay, the condo served its purpose. If I was the owner of the condo I would have done more than the bare minimum. Would we stay again? Hard to say...
