Spent 3 days and 3 nights visiting the Saratoga area. Visited our relatives at the Peryam ranch near encampment and exploring the scenic bypass over snowy range. The house was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Check in was simple and Sandy our host was great with communication. This was a great place for our family to come together and walking distance to most restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood and loved the open floor plan! The enclosed patio was pleasant surprise. Highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay!!

This older house located in an older quiet neighborhood has been totally renovated INSIDE. Don't let the exterior turn you away, but Sandy indicated that new paint and some landscaping this summer will improve first impressions. Photos showcase the tasteful updates, including fully-stocked kitchen (even some staples left in the pantry and refrigerator), comfortable beds and huge sectional sofa. Plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. Walking to restaurants and shops in the quaint center of town is easy from this central location and the grocery store is only a 2-minute drive. We have owned a VRBO for 15 years so we expect good communication, easy directions, nice accommodations, reasonable prices for this area, and no surprises. Sandy provided all of the above. We also appreciate not having notes and lists of chores, etc. especially upon leaving. We will return often, since we have family living in Saratoga. Thank you, Sandy, for offering a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Wonderful communication from Sandy on check in process and greeted with a welcome note and honey. Very large and open living space. Every room was nicely decorated and accommodated with all you would need. Quite location and walkable to main street and the hot springs.

A lot of extra considerate touches, very clean and enjoyable place to be. The kitchen was really well supplied, the couch very comfortable, and even the puzzles had all of their pieces. We really enjoyed our stay.

When we pulled up my husband and friends were not sure what I got them into…once inside it exceeded all expectations and was absolutely perfect!

Great family home with plenty of hangout space. House is well stocked with all the comforts of your own home. Sandy responded quickly when we had a glitch with the keypad. The property manager showed up in 10 minutes and helped resolve the issue. Thank you!
