Amazing house ! Location is great but 1 neighbor is not nice at all but who cares .. More important is that we had a super great time .

Came out for a couple days to sight see and go to a collector car auction. Great house and great location.

The property was fantastic and VacayAZ was a great, responsive host.

Our party of 12 (three young children and nine adults) and a wonderful time at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get together. Everyone was quite pleased with their accommodation. The sourpuss neighbor next door didn't cause any trouble (as one reviewer mentioned) – he just has some nasty signs about "renting a room, not a house." Whatever. The pool/spa heater caused us some confusion, but each and every time I reached out to VacayAZ, I received a prompt, helpful response. I would definitely rent this home again, and I hope to!

I would definitely stay at this property again, but I would add the electronics are outdated and some were not in service. The heater on the pool would not stay on.... you had to continually check it. Again, a premiere property in a beautiful location that all of my family enjoyed.

The home has great views and all the amenities you need. It is easy to access and the rental team was very responsive. I would recommend this home.

My group of 12 people rented this property for our couple's trip and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was beautiful, the mountain views, the finishing touches of the house were simply perfect. The house was fully stocked with pots and utensils. The house was very spacious and the pool kept us cool despite the summer heat. The only negative wee experienced was actually big enough to almost ruin the entire positives of the house. The neighbors were very hostile and we felt harrassed on several occasions. Upon arrival, a male neighbor kept giving us an angry stare. Shortly after settling in, a middle age white female neighbor trespassed the gate and came to our private back yard where we were grilling food and swimming to complain about trash and litter she found on the street that was left by the previous renters right before us. This made us feel very unsafe and targeted. While taking a walk, we saw several hostile signs right in front of the neighbor's house saying "This is not a hotel, get a room not a house, Short term rentals ruin neighborhoods etc." This was displayed in color and stood out so you couldn't miss it even if you tried. Lastly, during our morning walk, a white pick up truck and a white sedan kept driving by us back and forth. After the third time, a guy driving the white pick up truck rolled down his window and asked if we were staying at the "party house." The white sedan stopped right in front of us, came out, stared at us and drove off.
