The Heron House was perfect for my family of 4 to stay in while visiting our family that lives in the same subdivision. Very quiet neighborhood, only a short drive from charming downtown Ocean Springs. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was decent- coffee pot didn’t work at all which was tough with 8 women! Tv didn’t work until I went and bought new batteries for the remote control. One of kitchen chairs was broke, outside table was broke. Took property manager 27 hours to respond to me

Dead roaches everywhere, house had a awful smell, I had to buy new sheets and blankets, floor has never been mopped literally because I had to make them go buy a mop and a bucket. Definitely not close to downtown Ocean Springs. I will never stay at this property again!!

We went there for a girls trip and the hosts were more than accommodating! The house was super nice and they were quick to answer any questions I had! I would stay there again if/when we go back!

In a beautiful neighborhood and well maintained on the outside, but the inside of the house and managing need improvement. Cleaning service was still there at check in and either left without finishing and/or the place was long overdue for deep clean. General dust and debris were in most cabinets, drawers, on bathroom shelves, and around sinks. There was stained bedding on two of the beds upon arrival, dishwasher had food/standing water (we later found out wasn’t working at all), and the washing machine was mildewed. Large games in game room were broken along with a bunk bed rail, and multiple chairs were loose. Overall the area and property are beautiful, and the house has excellent amenities but just needs some better maintenance/upkeep.
