This is my first review on Hotels.com, but I feel obligated to write it because this is an awful hotel and I will never stay here again. I'm so disappointed in Hotels.com for even having it on their platform, as I've had only good experiences with Hotels.com stays. It was completely overpriced given that there was a festival in town. We asked for a quiet room via messaging the hotel. We never heard back. I called them and asked for a quiet room. They said sure. When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room. They said the room would be quiet. The room was the noisiest that I've ever stayed in. They put us on the second floor over printer's alley. Skull's bar was playing music until 2 a.m. I asked to switch a room, but they said it was full. I asked for earplugs and they said they'd call housekeeping (this was at midnight) and send them right up. 45 minutes later nothing. I went down to the front desk at 1 a.m. and the front desk said they didn't have any earplugs. Completely indifferent. Almost like they were laughing and playing a joke on us!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The bedding was a bit chilly and slippery even with the ac up. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Hotel and inside staff was amazing but was hard to get over a bad start. Valet didn’t leave his stand. No help from car with luggage and watched me unload. Was just super annoyed at the lack of service.

Room was dark.. not much lighting.. no fan in bathroom for privacy… flimsy pocket type door…restaurant advertised was closed the days we were there.. roof top was open but did not see anyone..wonderful valet person named Gary that helped with bags from car to room. Wouldn’t choose to stay again.

It was an amazing experience that i wish i had more time to appreciate. The valet were curtious and professional. The concierge meet me with a smile and even upgraded my room. Everything was clean and up to date. Will revisit on a special occasion. I fully recommend.

Our stay at Bobby was amazing. The rooms were great (a little dark for getting ready) with all the extras you might need including a small seating area. We loved that there was a coffee shop right at the lobby. The weather was just warm enough that the rooftop patio was a perfect addition where there was lots of seating and full bar.

Our room already had other people in there!, even though we booked and prepaid weeks ago! Since the hotel was fully booked, they tried to send us to a different hotel, but we refused because we would miss the concert. It was a terrible experience and we had already missed our dinner reservations trying to deal with this. They eventually gave us another room at the Bobby, but we will not stay there ever again.

Super close to broadway. Maybe a 5 minute walk. The walk back is uphill so beware. But super nice room and bathroom and sooo close to everything. But perfect because it’s far enough it’s not loud at night

We can't wait to visit again we had an incredible stay, the property was beautiful and felt secluded but still very convenient and walkable to everything in Nashville. The staff was executional. Easily one of the best stays we've ever had.

The Bobby hotel was an awesome spot to stay for our long weekend in Nashville, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is it lacked some basic hotel amenities. No ice machine or way to get ice? Couldn't brew a coffee (despite it being on the dinner & room service menu) past 330pm. After our room was cleaned there was no toilet paper, we had to call the front desk to get some and it took multiple calls before we finally walked to the lobby and got some.

Hotel was 5 minute walk from Broadway where there were 59 bars with great music 24/7. Could also walk to many great restaurants and country music hall of fame.

Lovely hotel. We enjoyed our stay as it is in a great location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the outlet next to the beds did not work so we had to charge our phones and devices in the bathroom. That would not deter us from recommending this hotel or coming here again.

Over 3 nights we constantly got locked out of our room. Nobody could fix the issues and we had to constantly go back and forth to reception for new key cards that did not work.
Cleaners took towels and robes but did not replace any of them. All had to be requested.
Overall not good enough for this level of hotel. If I was prepared to deal with these issues I would book a 3star chain hotel.

Unique property in heart of great places

We had an amazing time at the hotel as we celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with family and friends. The only issue we had was with a valet that was rude to us when we arrived. We had to get something out of the car he sent us down to get it and didn't give us a way back up, we were locked in the garage. Thankfully a maintenance guy came by and let us back in.

It was a very nice hotel, very updated. My only issues were the outlets by the bed were very loose. My charger wasn’t working well and had to keep jigging it to work. Also the channel selection on the TV weren’t minimal. It was nice to have Netflix available.
Overall it was a nice experience, beautiful hotel.

Great off Broadway hotel. Walking distance to everything. Staff polite and professional. The Bobby Suite was very cool. Huge room and very comfortable. Mini bar very well stocked if youre interested. Excellent cafe in the lobby just perfect for morning coffee or snack. Night life at the hotel pretty mild and bars close 10 AM weekdays and midnight on weekends. That's a bummer if you're coming back from dinner out and want a cocktail. Besides that little complaint everything was great and we would stay here again.

Funky and unique hotel with good atmosphere and very friendly and accomodating staff. Nice lounge area. Room decor was fun and bed was extremely comfortable compared to most. Great room provisions in terms of toiletries, bar, and snacks. The cleanliness of the rest of the room, however, left something to be desired. Our phone was very sticky and quite a bit of dust on the light fixtures, windows, and washroom floor. Unfortunately, some function was sacrificed for aesthetic as there was only one nightstand, very limited outlets in inconvenient locations, no shower door, and an all glass washroom with only curtain for privacy.

Very large rooms. Great design and accommodating staff. Was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed tho... Left us few options but to head out on a very cold and rainy evening.

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated. The entryway smelled so gooood! Staff was so nice and the coffee in the front was delicious too. Room is cozy and bed comfy. Get one with a balcony terrace. It was sooo nice. Away from broadway but a short walk to it.
