The house was just perfect for our party of 8 (4 adults, & 4 young kids). The fenced in yard was an additional plus to keep the kids and dog in sight. The house is equipped with everything you need, and then some, including coffee for the morning. Melissa was extremely responsive to any of our questions. The location of the house is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Savannah, in a very quiet neighborhood. A local Publix (grocery store) just 4 minutes away and a gas station around the corner. I highly recommend Melissa's home and we will certainly stay again in the future.

This house is very warm and welcoming, I loved everything about it. The front and back yard was fenced in which made it easy to keep an eye on the little one. I have major back problems but, the beds were very comfortable and I slept like a baby. This location is 15 minutes from Savannah and 15 mins from the beach, perfect location The next time I’m in the area I want to stay here again, in fact I was not ready to leave. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it❣️❣️❣️❣️

The house was perfect for our stay. Loved the location and the neighborhood. We all enjoyed sitting outside the back patio at nights or drinking coffee in the mornings out front if it was raining (it’s covered). Great place to be if you plan on going to Tybee and Savannah. Make sure to stop by Davis produce! Which so close by. And of course our Fur Babies had a blast. Such a dog friendly home and property. Would 100% will rent again. Thanks !

This was an excellent property that was decently furnished for a family group of 8. The bunk beds and trundle bed were perfect for our kids ages(4-11). The location is also fantastic between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Easy 15 minute drive to each, which is exactly what we were looking for to check out all the sights in short stay. Overall good value for the accommodations. Would recommend.

Perfect house for our family vacation in Savannah. Love the established, fairly quiet (occasional dog barks), and safe neighborhood for walks. No sidewalks, but very little traffic from dead end roads. Convenient location for downtown and Tybee. House is spacious, comfortable, clean; and fully equipped kitchen. Our 5-yr old loved the bunk bed (safer compared to other houses), and the multiple board games in laundry room. The master bed is comfortable, but could be quieter when getting in/out of bed. Melissa is a wonderful host; always welcoming, responsive, and flexible. We extended our trip for a few more days since we had such a great time. Highly recommend!
