Place was cute, nicely decorated. Location was great, the beach access is literally across the street. The pool was great, nice size for 9 people. The only thing with the pool was how to access, we could use one of the bedrooms on the second floor or use the front door walking outside to the side gate. Would have been nice to access from inside the first floor. The second floor beds are a bit firm but others liked that. The fridge and kitchen is a little small for large groups but we worked with it. Other than that, place was well stocked, comfortable room arrangement for 9 people, nice large dining table. Would stay here again!

We recently visited this property on a quick family getaway …This property is more than a house, it is really a complete package for a beach vacay. When you arrive the size and scale really hits you, from the huge private garage to the large indoor space with 4 bedrooms , all decorated in their own coastal theme. It sits on a large lot facing the gulf and has ocean views from both balconies. Parking at SPI can be hard to find, there is Plenty of private parking on multiple sides of the home (up to 6 vehicles)! There is a large pool on one side of the property with plenty of space for after beach activities, outdoor cooking and fun! We were on the beach everyday in under 2 minutes , because of an access directly across the street. Too many good things to say about this home, it has everything you could need and a perfect location. We will be back !

This place was perfect. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 6 kids. First things is there is plenty of parking, we had 3 vehicles, and the place has parking for 6. Also space in the garage to keep the cars from heating up. The parents each had a room while the kids had a blast in the "kids" bedroom which had 2 bunk beds and 2 trundles. Beyond this plenty of room and storage. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. Fantastic outdoor space on the second level to eat as well. Location is fantastic. Literally right across from a path to the beach which made bringing things over easy. In the afternoon when the kids got a bit tired of the beach half of us would come back to the house and enjoy the pool for a few more hours. Small small issue but important to note there are no condiments/spices so you'll have to make a quick trip to dollar general for this. Aside from this, we had a fantastic time. I can definitely see us booking this exact house again in the future.

Visited South Padre Island with a group of friends/family for a weekend getaway. This beach house was perfect! Very nicely decorated, a lot of room, great balconies on 2 sides of the house with gulf/beach views, and a great outdoor area with pool and lots of space to hang out. The location is perfect as well, with several restaurants/bars within walking distance, and a beach access directly across the street. We will be back!

We had a great time with the family. Close and convenient access to the beach. The house was clean and the perfect size for our large family.

The house was excellent! The pool was great! The kitchen was not able to accommodate the cookware needed to cook at the house. We did our best to cook with what was available. I would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our 4-night stay with our 4 adult grandchildren. Very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated house.The beach access is right across the street. Very nice size pool and the covered porch outside the dining area was great for quiet morning coffee. We called maintenance with questions on the pool and they were very prompt in calling us back. It required a visit from maintenance and they were there within 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure we had all our questions answered. The master bedroom has its own walk out deck where you also have outdoor stair access down to the pool.
