We had a lovely experience at Forest Ridge. The space was clean, nicely appointed, warm, and ready to go. My kids were thrilled with the living room and fireplace and all of the space in the bunk bed room. My husband and I loved the master suite. Kitchen was perfect for coffee in the mornings. Fantastic location too, less than 10 minutes from the mountain even in moderate traffic! I'd definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at Forest Ridge and both times were great. The condo was clean and just as described. It was close to many restaurants and things to do. We also had fun at the indoor pool one rainy morning but took advantage of the outdoor one on a nicer day as well.

This home was very nice and perfect for our family. Close to all the attractions we were hoping to do. My one complaint would be the pool was closed when we tried to go on Saturday due to cleaning. We then went again on Sunday after along hike, hoping to use the hot tub and it was already closed at 4:30. That was a big disappointment . We also struggled with the bolt door lock. We spent way too long trying to unlock the door each time we tried to enter. You had to lift the door up a little bit while trying to turn the lock. Otherwise we had a great stay and would come back for another stay.

The apartment was tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. The kids especially loved the community pool. We were at a very great location for all the hiking spots we visited. Management was extremely responsive. Definitely recommend!

The property management reached out to explain the problems and fixes . Loved the community pool facilities . Everything was clean , easily accessible to all the things we did . Close to local town strip. We had a wonderful stay.

Condo is even nicer and more spacious than it looks in pictures. Lots of storage space for your winter coats, boots, etc. Conveniently located near Loon and Lincoln. About 20 minutes to Cannon.

This condo was perfect for our ski trip. Spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Great location close to Loon, restaurants and grocery, and the shuttle to and from the mountain was so convenient, especially since parking at Loon fills up fast. The reservation team was great to work with and very responsive. I am very happy with our decision to stay here.

We loved staying at this condo while skiing at Loon this past weekend. It was clean, fairly new, and had a great layout. The kids loved the bunkbeds (including the little reading basket next to the top bunk!) and the other bedrooms were nice. Big screened were a plus during NFL playoffs. Love the forest view from the condo (so cozy!) and the nice gas fireplace. If there’s a suggestion for the owners, I would say to provide a larger strainer for pasta, as that’s very likely what families who cook dinner after skiing will make. :-). Would love to see a rug in the family room area, and some warm touches, like throws and pillows. It’s cold enough in the winter in New Hampshire! Everything else was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again!
