We came into town for a group trip and the warehouse met our every need - comfortable, spacious, conveniently located, filled with amenities, well-cared-for - and also pretty cool! Chyenne was very helpful in explaining how to access the warehouse and where to find anything we needed for our stay - and check-out was a breeze, too. I would definitely recommend this property to friend groups or big families taking trips to Dallas. And I would stay again!

The property needs a TON of upgrades!! I spoke to the owner at check-in & she advised that there were extra blankets. Little did I know that the front of the house would feel like a FREEZER! You couldn't enjoy the front room without your coat and several blankets. On one of the coldest weekends in Dallas, the indoor temps never went above 49 degrees. Due to the space, a small space heater would not have helped heat the areas. The owners need to put better heating sources in the house. The front "door" is full of holes which contributes to the cold air seeping in from outside. In addition to that, the farm door does not lock from the inside. The owner stated she hadn't had any problems with the door not being locked overnight but imagine the fear that 7 women felt when told they couldn't lock the door from the inside! I had to purchase a chain and lock that they could use to secure the door from the inside. The house isn't in the safest neighborhood, which was another reason for alarm. The majority of the area is under construction and that leads to a large number of homeless people wandering in the area looking for a place to sleep. I wouldn't recommend walking in the area let alone leaving that door unlocked overnight. It's great for a daytime barbeque but I wouldn't dare stay overnight without some major upgrades. I made several calls to the owners without any return calls. I received texts to ask us to turn the water on for a slow drip, but that's it.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property for a bachelor weekend, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host's communication was top-notch. They were understanding and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, creating a stress-free experience. The property itself is a gem! It provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities were fantastic, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Despite a small hiccup with the gate (for which we take full responsibility), the host handled the situation with grace and professionalism. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Our thanks to the host for their hospitality—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!

I can not say enough about how great the warehouse was, trip of a lifetime! Kristin was a great communicator and stayed on top of everything!

It was a great place to stay while we reunited with our friends for the Red River Rivalry! We had a great time and definitely recommend staying at the Luxe Warehouse! 10/10

This was a getaway with a one day family dinner for my husband’s birthday. The Luxe Warehouse is definitely a staple place and location. It’s spacious and has what you need for a gathering, celebration, or just a hang out spot for grown adults. I will definitely use it again.
