Loved our ocean view room. The hotel is well appointed and clean. Appears to be well-insulated as there was no noise other than our own TV.

This place has everything you expect from a Hyatt but the main reason I stay here is because they are genuinely pet friendly. There’s a watering station with a bowl of dog treats in the lobby, and staff are pet friendly too.

I booked this room for a get away 3 days 2 nights. I booked it on based on the amenities listed on both your site and the hotels direct page. There was supposed to be a restaurant on site, it was not open at all during our stay. Both sites said there was a bar. The bar is only open on certain days, not specified anywhere. Parking is very limited, there is an overflow lot but there was no signage in the parking garage under the hotel telling where it was located. The beds were so close to the wall and a divider in the room that getting in and out was only accessible from one side of the bed.

This was a great place to stay. It had an awesome breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had an ocean view which was spectacular! The staff was friendly and the parking was very easy to navigate. It’s right on the boardwalk which afforded us a nice morning/evening walk. We highly recommend and will surely stay there again!

I was a guest for 3 days and loved every minute friendly staff area was close to outlet malls ,casino ,and everything we needed on our trip beautiful rooms and bathroom shower was powerful breakfast was delicious and plentiful place was very clean staff were professional and pleasant will definitely go back .

Our first time staying at this hotel and it won't be our last. We found it's staff to be friendly, the property clean and well maintained, the free breakfast tasty and the location perfect. Our oceanfront room was on the first floor but because there are no rooms at ground level it was actually. equivalent to the 2nd floor. We had an amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk. The Francos restaurant was directly beneath us but we were not bothered by noise from it. Since we were there during the off season, we cannot speak to the possibilty of noise during peak. As with most hotels on the boardwalk in OC, parking was tight in the garage but there was plenty of on street and additional parking.

Comfort, customer service excellent , breakfast ok !!

Booking was easy and the least expensive through Hotels.com .The room we booked had a king size bed and a large couch with a view of the bay and the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great with plenty of towels and a super nice walk in shower. Parking can be a little challenging.

Staff was really friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean with a good view of the ocean. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided.

Im from VA Beach, VA. My kids and I have made it a tradition to get away from our city and hang out in OC during the off season. Although most attractions are closed in the off season, alot of the staple businesses are still open and thats good enough for us. I work 2 jobs so we dont get out much. But if I have extra PTO days, I like to use them up there with them to just relax. The Hyatt OC by far has been the best establishment that we've been to. Its probably the 4 hotel in 6 months. highlights: -included breakfast was probably just as good as some of those places around the OC -love that they had luggage carts, like one for every floor! -Mickey, front desk kid was very informative. His customer service is top notch. -two pools, the indoor one is heated and even open during the off season. my kids really loved that. -plenty of parking -bathrooms were really clean as well as the lobby one. -shower heads sprayed nice with strong pressure Definitely coming back to this place!

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a smiling face and that continued throughout our 6 night stay no matter which Hyatt staff person we spoke to or passed by. There was plenty of parking spaces, plus side street parking close to the door. The entire hotel and room smelled fresh and was very clean. The bedding was plush and so comfortable, I just wanted to stay in bed and watch the large screen TV. Speaking of which unlike many places at the Hyatt you get many channel choices including all the HBO channels. But if you stream, you can easily sit in bed and cast all your streaming services to the TV and it doesn't cost anything. (Except for what you already pay for your streaming subscription) Every morning breakfast is ready between 6:30-7. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fixings for breakfast burritos, sausage links, kielbasa, potatoes, french toast sticks, bagels, toast, oatmeal, variety of cold cereal, donut holes, variety of muffins and danish, juice, tea, cocoa, coffee. There is an indoor pool, the temp is 84 degrees and it is very well maintained. I almost didn't book this hotel because they accept pets. I love animals but I have stayed in hotels before and I could smell someone's fur baby had an accident. And another all I heard was barking all the time. Not here at the Hyatt, I passed others in the lobby and parking lot with their dogs. But I never heard one dog bark. And there was definitely no odor any where.

The people who checked my husband and I in ask what had brought us here and my husband said we are celebrating my wife’s birthday. As we got settled into our room I opened the door and there was a bag filled with goodies with balloons and a note attached . It was so thoughtful of them !!! They say it’s the little things that matter the most in life and this was one of those moments. I also want to thank the person who kept us supplied with towels along with an extra box of tissues as I was not feeling well. What a great compassionate staff. Even though I wasn’t feeling the best they made our stay extra sweet.

The hotel is a very nice hotel. The only bad thing was the bed was very hard. Was supposed to stay 4 nights but by the 3rd my back was hurting so bad we left early.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable few days! Staff was outstanding! Everyone was kind and made us feel welcome. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Hyatt. Thank you

Property is in an excellent location. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. If I had to highlight a downfall, it would be the complete lack of utensils, glasses, and plates in the suite. Although the drawer contained a tray for eating utensils, it was empty. There is also cabinets for dishes, but that was empty also. No real excuse for this when you're paying for a suite.

Beautiful hotel , rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are big and ocean view facing rooms with balcony was add on . Breakfast lounge is very clean & organized even though options were very little to choose from. Reception manager was a very friendly and welcoming , she even remembered to wish for our wedding anniversary next day by leaving a beautiful note and goodies. It was a sweet gesture will remember forever. I would definitely recommend this for families with small kids as well .

Our stay at the Hyatt is always fantastic. The hospitality here is some of the best. Front desk employee Chad is always super nice and helpful! He is an asset to the company. We also LOVE the daily breakfast. It is the freshest and tastiest, and they serve the best array of options compared to other hotels. The rooms are spacious and always cleaned thoroughly. The pricing is well worth the value. Highly recommend, always.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable and loved the L shaped couch in our room. ( pillows not so much) We had a partial room view of the ocean and it was nice. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had only thing missing was flavored coffee creamers haha but still loved it. We went during off season and only stayed a night so we didn’t experience the indoor pool but it looked great. We would love to stay again ‘

The place was ok. It did not meet my expectations. The walls are so thin that you can hear others from the other room. I asked my room to be changed. My stuff was lost and thrown away. I didn't expect to have such a bad stay. I will never return to this hotel again.
