Check in went well. Room was a good size and clean. The bathroom light went on by auto sensor which was very annoying at 2 am. Maybe if you had masking tape you could cover the sensor. Also walls must be thin because we could hear the person in the room next to use snoring all night long.
Breakfast choices were good.

Was a very clean n well managed hotel. Plenty of parking, courteous staff an comfortable beds made our stay pleasant. Plus it was central to all the places we needed to go.

The stay here was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location to the airport was unmatched. We were able to exit the hotel and enter the airport to change our plane reservation.

I was giving the wrong room and they wasnt the nicest about it . Telling me i shouldn't be booking with a website like this and said they would only give me half of my money back even though i paid more for a suite room that was suppose to have a big fridge . I brought my birthday cake to put it in but sense it was the wrong room i had no where to put my cake . I only had one of those really small fridges so my cake got ruined also

This place is the best place I’ve experienced in this area. I stayed there a couple of times and then tried others nearby but I am back at Hyatt Place! Professional, excellent accommodations and breakfast. Clean gym and common areas. I already made my next reservation!

Hotel was great. The free Breakfast was very good and the staff did an amazing job refilling everything including the fresh berries at 9:45 (it ends at 10). My only complaint is the bed was pretty soft. We visited a few colleges and the location was perfect.

Room was not ready by check in time, as they said a large group of kids recently left. I only had to wait a little bit. We came with the dog so we couldn't eat in the main area, but there was plenty of seating elsewhere. Nice that shower had mat, but it was very small. Sheets on both beds had spots on them. Good menu choices for dinner and breakfast.

I came to the higher for the second time to come see a family member that was Ill. Everything was great I didn't have any issues with the facility. Love that its right by the train

On my floor, it sounded like some parties were going on. Folks were loud and it was annoying. Thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper. Not sure there is much the staff could do in these cases. Other than that, my stay was good.

Phone in the lobby didn’t work, so trying to get a local number to alert the desk clerk to let me in took a while.
Then they gave me a room with someone already in it. Walking in on someone at 1 in the morning is a joy everyone should get to experience

Everything was good, except 2 things: the hotel has only one camera in front desk. My romm didn't clean and I lost my hat in the gym and nobody found it. No camera in the gym, pool place, halls, nothing. Unsecured.

I always have an excellent experience and have stayed here 4 times. The property is clean and well-maintained. Staff is courteous and friendly all the time. Breakfast is fresh and hot. I highly recommend it!

It was a positive experience- we got in after midnight and the night person was willing to make fresh hot cookies for us. It was close to the airport, so we walk last night to hotel and return to pick up a rental car. They had a good choice at breakfast hot foods or cereal, muffins or yogurt. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is only 10-12min walking distance from the Airport through the Skywalk the most convenient hotel if you are just visiting RI and need to catch an early flight.

Overall, really enjoyed third Hyatt for is convenience to the airport as we arrived very late on our flight. The breakfast was ok, but not a big fan of the fake eggs that were served. Would stay here again as the price and convenience make it very appealing.

Location was perfect what we needed it for. Traveled with our 2 kids. Parking was free and easy. Staff was great. Breakfast was okay but its included so its all good. Overall, not a bad stay.

Everything was great. Staff was outstanding. Went for the Army/Navy game. Close to the train. Only downside was kitchen was closed by 9pm after the game. We just ordered out pizza.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of items from hot items like oatmeal, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes amd cold items like cereal, muffins , hard boiled eggs, yogurt and toppings, fresh fruit. The pool is very nice and heated. We also tried the placerg on our last night. Everything was really good there as well.

This hotel is my go to hotel for any time I need to stay in RI. It's close to everything (RI isn't that big) and has all the conveniences I need. The staff is helpful and courteous and the breakfast is full of choice. The gym is clean and has the necessary equipment to keep you active.

Everything about our stay was delightful. Clean, modern, and convenient hotel. Amazingly quiet - we couldnt hear people in the hall or adjoining rooms, or any airport noise! But what really stood out was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of everyone on staff. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The complementary breakfast was very good with many choices for everyone. Two nights out of five were not enjoyable. The first night we smelt Cannabis on our floor. The next night someone had the TV extremely loud that I had to call the front desk at 4:12am. At 5:02am I heard entrance into the room and the TV's sound stopped. I'm not sure how the hotel staff would police these two issues. But we would stay at this hotel again.

We stay here when we come to Rhode Island. Everyone is friendly. The location is perfect for our stay. The hotel is always clean and comfortable.
The one thing that I would change is the number of accessible parking spaces.
