its wonderful setting looking out at Matterhorn and its friendly comfort. Kindky printed up a document for me which was nice. We liked the spa.

The Wi-Fi was very weak, wouldn’t hold. found it much better at the train station just as we were leaving.

Everything! From the well decorated rooms and a great view over Zermatt, to the caring service from team Matterhornblick. The friendliness of the receptionist is surely a highlight of our trip in Zermatt. They even provided us with a well thought breakfast during a early check-out! Thank you for the great experience!

Well, nothing would be a lie. But you have to be extremely picky to say the pillows could be a tad more comfortable. But nothing that would prevent us from visiting here again.

Perfect location, excellent room, delicious breakfast and wonderful location, I couldn’t ask for any better visit. This was my fourth stay and each time has been wonderful! We can’t wait to return.

Location (few steps from the green line bus to the lifts and next to the main street for leisure). Nice and clean apartment/room with a renovated bathroom. Good breakfast.

the owner was really rude. He was upset that he had to wake up at 7am to check me out. as he walked in, he almost kicked my bag. he was yelling at my and telling me why I didn’t check out the night before. I have never checked out the night before. anyways, he was arguing about the price, while I had paid through booking.com. The young girl and the other girl were super nice and friendly. if you see the owner, stay away from him. he will make your trip horrible. he doesn’t smile, he is always mad and he has zero customer service. I almost missed my train because he was arguing about the price. Oh bring your own pillows if you want to sleep. If you put your head on their pillow, your face will sink and block your airways so you may suffocate.

I didn’t like the owner. You will know when you see him. He doesn’t smile, looks mad and limps a little.

Our apartment was spacious with 2 full-size double bedrooms, very fresh and clean, with all necessary amenities. Unlike most arrangements in other places, our apartment was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel Matterhornblick is pretty equidistant between Gornergrat Bahn and Sunnegga funicular on one side and Klein Matterhorn lifts on the other - less than 10 min walk in both directions. Bahnhofstrasse with its shops, restaurants and bars is literally 1 min walk from the hotel door. Breakfast choice, though limited, offers fresh and high quality produce. We enjoyed our stay very much
