Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, Tidy and Clean property.
Internet weak in my room (top floor), bathroom very tiny - but I'm a big person. Neither are issues that would stop me staying again.

Excellent B&B. Super location, wonderful design, great breakfast selections with local products. All is available for guests to be independent, but whenever you need, the owners are there for whatever you need.

Nice Breakfast with plenty of options, friendly staff, easy self-check-in, free parking onsite, very big room, separate toilet room from shower room. There's a kebab place across the street and "better" restaurants nearby such as Greenvieh.

Amazing hosts, really caring and a pleasure to talk to. Great location for Tirol and beyond. Delicious, local-based breakfast buffet. Free parking. Beautiful surroundings. Clean interiors, modern and well furnished.

Clean and nicely renovated room with balcony and additional sofa. Interesting, atypical and beautiful interior of the hotel, beautiful chilling zone and check-in bar. Very good breakfast with choice of local things. Beautiful view to mountains. Just 10 minutes from main highway Innsbruck-Bregenz
When we arrived the room was very cold (all thermo regulators were switched off), and having heating turned to maximum level our room's temperature wasn't comfortable during entire night. Please make sure heating is on before guests arrival during the winter!

Check-in wasn't personal. Windows in room were small and high, so couldn't see out at the surroundings and view.

Seelos provided a perfect stop-over in Austria. Beautiful view of the mountains, clean rooms with plenty ammenities ( access to coffee, drinks, snacks). Lovely breakfast, friendly staff
The only thing I did not like, was that we only booked for 1 night in this oasis in Austria. With hindsight, we should have stayed 3-4 days to explore the region and smell the flowers on the balcony.

the staff was exceptional, sweet and prompt and helpful, can’t wish for a better one. region is breathtaking. breakfast is filling and tasty
for us it was a gem and impeccable. maybe the traffic on the road in front of the house but otherwise it was excellent

Good location. It is very very cosy. The room was super clean. Everything is very well decorated. The parking is free and there is a lovely pool to relax at. Loved our stay!!

the rooms where very big with comfortable beds, big terasse with view on Alpes and modern cosy bathroom. Everything with was bright clean. The breakfast was exceptiona and the hosts extremely kindl! The hotel is situated on the main street.
