東京駅の目の前で、改札を出てからアクセスもすぐで、とても便利だった。成田空港や新幹線利用で荷物が多いときにとても便利なロケーションです。清潔でスタッフも親切で、また泊まりたい。窓から見える景色もとてもよかった。
特にありませんが、強いて言えば今回泊まった部屋は大型のスーツケースを2個広げられるスペースはありませんでした。

The location of the Hotel was excellent. So close to the train station. The room was larger than expected. It was extremely clean and very quiet. The bed and pillows were the best that I had in Japan. The staff were very helpful. Did not eat at the Hotel, so cannot comment.
There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was great.

The check in was disappointing as I had a back and forth about needing to show proof of identity, which as a Japanese resident (of twenty years) I do not. A needlessly racist experience that is not very 5 star.

Superb cleanliness, location, staff, and quality of accommodation. Nothing was left out. Well thought through details in room, from toiletries to hand roasted Kyoto coffee. In this day and age, cigar bar and walk-in humidor, with a great cigar selection, was a masterpiece. Well done.
Terrace drink and food was a bit limited.

The location is excellent n within close proximity to Tokyo station. They provided daily English newspapers.

Unbeatable location - walk underground to Tokyo Station. Some rooms overlook the Tokyo Station train tracks, which are fascinating to watch.
Standard double bed is rather small for two and lacks a reading light on one side.

The blanket is too heavy and noisy; the receptionist’s English comprehension level is horrible, always checking in front of the computer and come up nothing 😅

Everything. The breakfasts were lovely both Japanese and Western, from presentation to quality. The staff cannot do enough for you and are delightful. The hotel is directly across from the Tokyo train station and could not be any more convenient for getting around Tokyo.
My only comment is the bathtub appeared to be retro fitted with a plastic type tub (high end) and it is slippery and should have traction strips put in.
