We got upgraded to a room with a private bathroom Rooms had AC Pool was very welcome Kitchen facilities basic but doable Staff were lovely Car felt safe there

Nothing we liked it all

The location was within walking distance of the main part of town and the staff was very nice. The a/c worked.

The room was full of ants, other little bugs and a lizard. The bedding was old and tattered. There was no blanket (but one was provided upon asking) and no hot water. The room next to us was extremely loud, partying until after 4 am. The room upstairs had a small child that began running back and fourth by 6 am….. not to fault the child, but it was LOUD! the “pool” and spa were portable and and questionable at best. Due to the insects and other wildlife in the room we slept with the lights on. I use the term slept loosely, because we didn’t really sleep at all. The pictures pictures on the website are VERY deceiving.

We would have liked more blankets - only had a sheet. also important to mention that there was no hot water in the shower.

The room needs some improvement something to hold the clothes and the kitchen needs some improvement too

The staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful, did everything they could to help me and more. Including an upgrade

it’s a bit far from the beach, but there is a free golf buggy which you can drop you down there

Osom staff, kind and helpful. Very clean and pleasant decoration.

Staff was nice, outdoor lounging areas were nice and comfortable. Outdoor kitchen was helpful. It was in a good location near downtown (10 minutes walk from the beach).

We got the shared room, we had no other people in our room but it was still very uncomfortable. No AC, only 1 small pillow and 1 sheet. The beds were low quality. I would be fine with this but it was kind of expensive for what it was! We rented bikes but they were very poorly maintained and had no air in the tires and they didn’t have a bike pump on the property.

we booked a family room but when we got there there was no private bathroom. our bathroom was outside shared with other guests. it was filthy, hair and dirt everywhere. the room was not clean, ants on the floor, windows would not close. for the price an absolute disaster
