Me gustó porque no tuve que preocuparme por los mosquitos o el calor dentro de la habitación, también me gustó la bañera y la limpieza de los baños y la habitación. Pude dormir pacíficamente sin ruidos del exterior.

No me gustó que no pude acceder a las plataformas de streaming.

En la habitación familiar ambas camas eran iguales, pensé encontrar al menos una cama matrimonial.

The food was great, the workers were very attentive and nice.

It's the 4th time I've stayed in the hotel and this time the facilities were not as expected, the handle bar for the pool was loose, it could've caused an accident especially for children, also even though I know things can happen, the roof over the dining area was leaking due to some imperfections with the air conditioning during the 4 days I was there, which was really uncomfortable, something else that caught my eye and smell was the fact that one of the elevators had a terrible smoke scent from the inside, and finally when using the tub in my room, i was only able to use the shower since the stop for the tub to fill with water wasn't working, this among some other minor ideas were some of the things that made my stay uncomfortable.

The location is perfect you’ll find everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and very clean. The pool is amazing and open until late which is really nice regarding to the 24/7 heat in Pucallpa. The staff is very friendly and they prepare fresh eggs in different variations, for me always veggies since I’m vegan. Excellent service.

On booking.com you find the information free airport shuttle. Which I asked for during checkout. Unfortunately it was not for free. The driver charged me 20 soles at the airport which is overpriced anyway. For cars your pay 10 soles and for motor taxis 6 soles. He called the hotel and then he handed me over his phone. And the lady told me that the free airport shuttle is not included in my booking. I’m not fluent in spanish and the reception lady wasn’t fluent in english so I just ended the conversation paid the requested 20 soles because I also wanted to catch my flight. I contacted the hotel via booking.com messages about the costs for the “free airport shuttle” and unfortunately until today i didn’t receive any answer. A pity I liked this hotel very much.

The room was excellent and the staff were most helpful. Everything about our stay was good. Kiwi.com was the problem - they sold me a flight but did not send my name to the airline, and so we could not fly on the day required

Comfortable bed and best breakfast I have ever had in Peru. Very kind staff.

The sound isolation of rooms is not to the point, which is actually common in Peru, but you would expect a 5 star hotel to have that in check. The windows are very thin and have one simple layer. The music from the swimming pool area was VERY LOUD so I went downstairs to ask the receptionist if they could turn down the music or even cut it off, or else, give me a street view room, as I needed some rest. He said that the street side room was worse as you could hear all the traffic. So eventually the music was turned down a little, for 1h30, yet I could still hear it (with earplugs). After that brief period, the music was turned up again. This is unacceptable of a 5-star hotel, the music has to be discreet, this is not a party place. I moved to a similar quality hotel nearby but they had the same issue, bad sound isolation and very loud music from the swimming pool. Based on this, I will rather choose a hotel without swimming pool next time.
