Tout était vraiment bien.
Pedro à été super, et la femme de ménage aussi, ce sont des personnes vraiment vraiment adorables ! Nous reviendrons un jour à Tavira et sans aucun doute nous reviendrons ici dans cette Guest House.

La fenêtre de la chambre qui ne s'ouvre pas en entière ( svp changez de fenêtre, optez pour une vraie fenêtre qui s'ouvre pour de vrai, en entier 😅 )

Location is beyond amazing. The atmosphere of outside road and close to the river fantastic. We had balcony and were watching passi by people.

The accommodations are nice and more than meet the price. The staff was excellent, friendly and able to provide recommendations to questions we had. It is not staffed with front desk staff beyond check in and check outs but staff is available by phone. We shared a bathroom/shower which we had never done but it worked out fine. Everything was very clean. There is a key to get into the building, a second key to get into the guesthouse, and a 3rd key to get into your room. So that being said, you can be pretty secure that your belongings are safe. The location is absolutely incredible, close by to everything and only about 50 yards away from the ferry. We didn't have a balcony per se but we did have full length doors that opened up to the street and river below.
The freezer took quite awhile to freeze things. It is a communal fridge but good sized and we had no problem fitting our stuff.

The property was probably great some time ago. However today it seems worn down and lacking some refreshing. I must say that the bed was comfortable.

The building is right in the center of Tavira - close to the main square beside the river. Cafes, restaurants, and shopping outside the front door - literally! Also, we were there in July when the town was having evening concerts in the beautiful square outside. It was fabulous! Great musicians, people everywhere, and folks just enjoying the music, atmosphere, and each other. What a lovely spot!
The only thing I didn’t like was that sometimes the motion detector light wouldn’t activate when you stepped into the door. That was very minor, though.

The property is in an amazing location right on the riverfront. We had a room with a river view. Room was very nice. And the owner was very friendly and helpful.
I booked by mistake a room with a shared bathroom, which I’ve never done before in my life. But at least it was spotless.

location looks great as it’s right in the centre of town. However, it does get very noisy at night so not really that convenient.
Both the room and the kitchen area do need a lot of improvement work, it’s really run down and not comfortable. The kitchen is quite old and not looked after so it doesn’t feel pleasant to be in there. Even the doors of the property are falling apart almost, so the whole place needs a very good refurbishment. As it stands, it is not a place where I would feel at ease to come back to.

Amazing location -- I got a river-view room and loved opening the balcony doors over the beautiful Jardim Publico and riverfront. Clean guest room/bathroom/sheets/towels. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Extra blankets and hair dryer in the closet. My room and bathroom were cleaned during my 3-day stay. Pedro is very friendly and was there for check in/out and available on WhatsApp. Wifi worked well.
The guest house facilities are currently listed for sale (big sign on one balcony) so things like doors and door frames were very worn and grimy. Bathroom needs a fan to remove humidity. There was a lack of fresh air in the shared areas so other guests made the hallway smell of cigarettes at times and the kitchen was smelly (but well equipped). Few spaces to socialize with other guests.

Receptionist was great and helpful, he let us check in early. Room was comfy with airco and a very big bed. Washing machine with detergent in the kitchen as well.
Room was next to the kitchen. If people were in there you could hear them.

The location was excellent with a nice view across the river. Very close to the Roman Bridge and the city centre. Easy free parking only 300 mtrs away. Good shower and very comfortable bed.

Eccellent position on the riverfront, close to the starting point of the ferry to Ilha de Tavira (beaches). We had booked a double room with riverview but due to a case of Covid the room was still closed off and they offered us a family room instead. Very large room, no view but very quiet. Simple and essential furniture but clean. Towels were changed and cleaning was done every day.

Pedro is so nice! He gave us great recommendations. The bed was very comfy. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
There was a stale smell in the room but once we opened the window it was fine.

Excellent central location to all the shops and restaurants. Attention to detail with cleanliness and Covid19. Huge family room with lots of space. Quiet locaton. Great place to stay in Tavira
Staff not always available if anything required at a short notice. Drop-off, pick up and parking werea bit of a pain but not too much (staff were very helpfull with pointing out where to park)

It was very convenient to all areas of Tavira town. It was opposite the dock for ferries to Tavira Island. Taah Billa was very well looked after by Pedro who was helpful and very professional.
