Excellent location, excellent service from the entire staff. Room felt slightly dated and the corners were a bit dustier than I’d like but not a deal-breaker by any means. Bathroom fixtures seemed recently updated. Free (but basic) continental breakfast is a plus.

The staff is very helpful. Location is very good and reachable. We will come again.

The hotel has a unique location, we could walk from the hotel to many historic places. Service was great, as well as the breakfast; the front desk team was very helpful and they keep communication before, during and after our stay. Wonderful hotel!!

We loved the position of the hotel. The view from our room overlooking the Pantheon was amazing, along with it being beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great with plenty of hot water.

Couldn't sleep last night due to loud noise in the hotel till 1am and the hotel manager didn't even apologize and rejected to refund any money for that.

Great location, conveniently situated at the center, with most famous attractions within 20-30mins walking distance. Clean and professional look hotel with seemingly old history - seems to have a strong sense of pride. Rooms are clean, modernly renovated and nice bathrooms. At the same time, breakfast is poor (nothing special) and not-so-good coffee. Rooms are not so sound proof. And view is a wall if you don't get the Pantheon view. I didn't feel welcomed at the hotel, until the last minute, when the staff was just talking to each other without any attempt to help us with the luggage going outside, including the bell boy.

We travel a ton-- one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at relative to location. Seriously -- BOOK it. You won't sleep in the Pantheon, but you are as close as possible to it and right in the heart of Rome. The location could not possibly be better. I traveled to Rome with my 82 year old parents one of whom uses a wheel chair for support. Few steps to get in the building (there may be another way) and a few steps to an incredible breakfast. Accessible bathrooms and room. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. LOCATION-- LOCATION-- LOCATION. Beautiful rooftop terrace, five minute walk to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes to Spanish Steps, 30 to vatican. Honestly-- just incredible place. This is a smaller scale European hotel-- don't expect an American Hyatt-- BUT if you want a clean hotel with a great breakfast in the heart of Rome with an incredible staff-- this simply can't be beat. Can't recommend it highly enough.
