The suite was perfect. Great size. Clean and comfortable.

I had no faith in the lifeguards, they did not know how deep the pool was! The kids club was nothing like the photos, it was so run down and dirty. The kids pool water features were not working and looked run down. We were not informed before our stay that certain activities and restaurants would not be operating due to Ramadan.

Snorkeling on the Snoopy Island from the beach - There are plenty od fish, turtles etc We were upgraded to suite with sea view - apt was spectacular Delicious breakfast Liquor store on front of the hotel

Staff behaviour and modus operandi. they charged me AED 800 for a broken table in the room claiming we broke it. their drama was staged but they are not the worth of time in front of family. Anyone new coming in, please check everything and then report asap you sign in. They have broken/cracked things in room hidden, which they only know and talk about it at checkout. Then they create drama for you to pay. special shout to their manager Fateh

Très belles chambres et très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très correct, mais difficile de donner un cinq étoiles. Piscine et plage impeccables. Je conseille cet hôtel lors d'un circuit aux Émirats, pour deux nuits par exemple.

Personnel aimable mais distant. La clientèle russe en all-in n'y est pas étrangère. Voiture indispensable.

Location great, and have been to this beach several times, all inclusive meant happy hour in roof top bar was all to ourselves

Habitación fantástica (realmente era una suite que nos dieron sin coste adicional). Maravillosas vistas al mar.

Só pecou porque estávamos em 3 pessoas e só haviam preparado o quarto para 2 pessoas. O restaurante durante o café da manhã estava muito bagunçado devido o excesso de pessoas devido ao Reveillon, faltaram mesas no restaurante.

Location is excellent and the sea facing rooms are worth spending extra bucks. Room is super specious and very comfortable with balcony facing swimming pool and ocean. Beautiful mountain and ocean combination. 31st December gala dinner party was cheery on cake.

We opted for all inclusive package. However being vegetarian, we had struggled a lot for food. There is no choice of veg food in Breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu was very limited for lunch and dinner with no veg options. Although on first day chef Lala, made special veg dishes for our family but for all other meal, it was difficult for vegetarians to survive. There was no fresh juice and no English tea available at breakfast. During the busy season, there was a heavy rush and people were waiting in queue for breakfast.

The rooms have singe beds, a little uncomfortable. The food was hit and miss. The room service I ordered was amazing, but breakfast really mediocre and the Asian restaurant food was quite bad.

The room was spacious. The room service was great. The sea view room was a very good idea. Breakfast was scrumptious. Check-in was fast and friendly. Valet service was friendly and helpful.

We struggled to buy ice cream, so we gave up.

The hotel is in an attractive location. The staff are helpful and professional. You feel you are always welcome. The location is clean and quiet, with spacious rooms. This is our first time at Royal M and I hope to visit again in the near future.

The price of water activities needed to be lowered, and there weren't any cheaper packages. Eg. The kayaking activity. Hope Breakfast will be improved. It was average compared to a five-star hotel—food quality average. And the bakery was not fresh. Breakfast is continental, considering the significant population of Western tourists. Vegetarians struggle to find a decent breakfast dish because most vegetarian dishes have eggs in them. Hence, vegetarian or vegan options are better. Also, coffee /tea guests have to take from the bar by themselves

Excellent hotel . Staff are great and cooperative. Beautiful rooms and have nice balconies . Wonderful location that close to the sea .

Some small points that need to be better are as following: - kids club needs to be more organised and improved. - bed pillows need to add some hard pillows because the one now is very soft . - change the ball for volleyball game because it is so hard and not comfortable.

Rubber slippers for washrooms can be provided. Toilet area too small compared to overall washroom size. Wooden combs or brushes would be nice to have. Vaseline or petroleum jelly would have been nice to have.

-الغرف المطلة على البحر تحوي على بلكونة جميلة ويوجد بها منشر لتجفيف الملابس المبللة. -حجم الغرف ممتاز. -الأفطار متنوع والقائمين على المطعم شعلة من النشاط، رغم العدد الكبير من الزبائن وكثرة الاطفال. -تصميم الفندق والغرف بسيط وذكي. -يوجد مواقف مظللة. -الموظفة لطيفة من قسم الاستقبال كانت متميزة في عملها.

-الفندق موجه للعوائل مع الاطفال الصغار دون السابعة تقريباً، وهذا ليس سيئا ولكنه ليس مثالياً للمتزوجين حديثا او الأزواج القادمين للفندق بلا اطفال بحثا عن الهدوء. -ازعاج الموسيقى من احد المطاعم(بار) -رغم كثرة الطاولات في مطعم الافطار وكثرة الكراسي على البحر والمسبح الا انها لا تكفي وذلك بسبب كثرة النزلاء.

Отель новый, внутри все красиво и чисто. Персонал приветливый, в холле всегда много сотрудников, которые готовы помочь и все объяснить. Мы жили в большом номере с отдельной спальней. В номере было все, что нужно: чайник, холодильник и даже микроволновка. Пляж не очень большой, но чистый, с мягким песком. От пляжа, можно за пару минут доплыть на лодке до Snoopy Island, где много красивых рыб и можно даже встретить морских черепах.

Весьма скромная кухня. Если завтраки более-менее стандартные и добротные, то на ужин подают весьма специфическую индийско-азитскую кухню. Голодным, конечно, вы не уйдете, но удовольствия мало. Кроме того, далеко не во все пакеты входят напитки на ужине (например в нашем half board даже вода была платная). Еще надо учитывать, что отель расположен в достаточно уединенном месте. Рядом неожиданно есть алкогольный магазин, но до ближайшего (и далеко не лучшего) супермеркета или кафе надо идти около 20 минут по очень неживописной местности, а уже до ближайшего города точно придется ехать на такси.
