Everything was wonderful with people and hotel, but breakfast is not offered.

The property is very nice. Well appointed with new conveniences, such as touch panel bathroom mirror with Bluetooth connectivity to jam out to tunes whilst doing bathroom activities. Rooms were very clean and had very swanky mood lighting coming from under the bed and above the headboards. Master switch by the door turned everything out before leaving, which was a nice touch. Would definitely start here again.

King Suite was very nice. Floors were a little dirty but that’s about it. All the amenities close to restaurants and fun. Easy access to everything. Enjoyed the the stay and will return to any Cambria locations if they are in the area.

The stay overall was great! Clean, nice suite with large windows facing sunrise, will definitely stay again! The onlt two down sides is the pool was closed due to renovations and there was confusion with the front desk as to when the bar opened (3p or 4p, and a board behind the front desk said 5p). Other than that, everything really was worth the stay.

The room we had the floor vinyl tiles made noise every time you walked past the bed. You couldn’t sneak out if you wanted.
The tv is in a Side position of the bed. The bed was way too soft you sink in it.
The bathroom was great the tub definitely made for assistant into the tub/shower.

Terrible sewer smell. Front desk wouldn’t do anything until following morning. He told hotels.com not to refund me

Very nice, clean, comfortable very spacious. Great for someone who needs to work they have a long desk, large walk in shower.
Only complaint was the pool and spa area was closed and we did not know that prior to coming to the hotel. Hotels should give discounts when all amenities are not available or at least allowing customers to decide if they want to stay there without the pool.

The staff was outgoing and very helpful. I liked the layout of the room, loved having a couch to watch tv or read etc. Having a food area a bailable any time for purchase was great for me that need food at other times than restaurant available. loved the pool and jacuzzi.

WE chose it because of the pool and jaccuzi option but the jacuzzi was broken when we got there and they seem to have had the issue for a long time. Big disappointment for sore bodies needing a soak.

The hotel has decently priced nightly rates for what you get. Rooms are spacious,
Clean with modern decor. My only complaint would be the mattress could be better, but this is not a 4-5 star hotel. The cleanliness and location is what mattered most to us. Would def stay again.

No exhaust fan in bathrooms awesome if you want to smell your own poop or someone else's. Dirty drink glasses. Floors were coming up. Sounded amazing when you walked around with the floor coming up with your feet. Walls paper thin. All in all the Place SUCKED!!! Very disappointing 😞

The room king suite was spacious and had everything we needed.
The flooring was not flat, like the tiles were loose in places and made walking around quietly impossible. They would “pop” up behind you.
Shower was not very hot.
Finally the plugs next to the bed only work when the light is on which makes charging your devices overnight impractical

The customer service was amazing! One night the blinds didn’t go down all the way and the cars from 101 were flashing into the room all night. The next morning I went talk to them about the blind and the guy moved us to another room. You’re close to desert ridge so I recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean. Staff was great checking and checking out. Very close to great food, Medical care and shopping.
Didn't care for the Air freshener in the lobby. Thankfully it was NOT in the room. One of the beds defiantly needs to be replaced in our room. (very broken down) Floors popped every time you walked on them. Like not glued down so if someone was up in the middle of the night it woke all of us up.

Very little Xmas atmosphere, pretty much just a tree, no background Xmas music and very little Xmas decorations. Main reason we stay there was for the hot tub and fireplace- neither one worked. Only decaf coffee in the room. Last time we stayed there they had it ALL- fire place, nice hot tub, Xmas atmosphere and coffee in the room. Seems like the place is run down and letting things go!!!

I really like this property. I’ve stayed a few times, but this last time wasn’t the best. There was very loud music being played and i could hear everything the people upstairs and next door were doing. Super awkward. Aside from that it was fine

Receptionist Cameron was great. 1st Room was a handicap room on the 1st floor. No light, very dim, few plugins for cpap, charging, etc. Keurig didn’t work. Floor slippery for bare feet or socks. Could have fallen. No drawers. Couch hard, few pillows, really no comfortable seating, TV in strange place cannot really see from bed or couch. Very strong sewer smell from floor, changed room to 2nd floor handicapped room. Nicer, better arrangement, could see TV. Still very little light, slippery floor—hazard especially in bathroom. Could see TV in 2nd room with improved room arrangement. Shower did not work well in 1st room. Better in 2nd. Beware!! These rooms in my opinion are dangerous for handicapped persons, and uncomfortable. However, the bed was good, many soft bed pillows. I would not stay here again unless seating more adequate, bathroom non slip floors, lighting MUCH better.

Really close to the freeway, some road noise. Rooms are updated and pretty sleek. Cameron at the front desk was very excellent and helpful.

You had to leave closet light on or turn off all power for darkness. Not a good option for someone needing a CPAP machine for sleep apnea. A poor design.

My stay here was excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean.

The service was great, the location was great and it was very clean! I had a few issues #1 the air freshener they pump through that place killed me. I sneezed all night and woke up with a completely stuffy nose. It’s STRONG #2 the freeway noise kept me awake all night #3 there is no overhead light in the room, or the bathroom. Lots of little lamps but all very dim. #3 the ice maker on my floor didn’t work and even after letting them know it was not fixed throughout my stay, I got the impression they don’t really care. #4 the bed felt like a deflated air mattress and was very uncomfortable.
