Had a very pleasant stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and modern, felt very homely. You need to arrange to meet the host before arriving, collect the key and have a quick tour. Basic items are all included in the kitchen, which is great. WiFi was very fast too. Some nice amenities nearby, including a large Korean supermarket across the road with a cafe inside for coffee and nice items for breakfast/lunch.

The room itself was in good condition, but the building definitely has need of some updating/refurbishing. Only major issue with the room was persistent cologne smell in the kitchen/entry, not overpowering or anything, but strong. The mattress was a little hard/uncomfortable.
Overall a very good stay, just a few minor inconveniences keeping it from 5-star status.

Chinar was a great and responsive host. She made me feel welcomed upon my arrival with her friendly attitude. I stayed alone and felt safe throughout my whole stay. The building amenities were outstanding especially the roof deck. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and will stay with them again!

Building was relatively new, great amenities (roof deck w/ lounge chairs + bbq; gym; coworking space), relatively spacious and had everything needed, including laundry. Felt safe, street parking was relatively easy too. Could use a deeper clean, and the building materials were quite cheap and already falling apart. Communication with managers was very convenient.

There was construction going on for the entirety of my stay which the property managers failed to inform us about. I did not have a single opportunity to sleep in on my vacation as the construction stated at 8am every weekday morning. The floors are very thin, I could hear every single foot step from the neighbour above which would often go on all night. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and it was easy to communicate with the host. Overall, a very loud experience.

We were greeted by Mark upon arrival and his hospitality and sense of humour made our trip triple special. Shout out to his speedy commucations and excellent customer service (Chinar as well)! Would definetly come back to one of the properties under their management.
Property is located in a very convenient area and has spacious living room. Ability to use washer/dryer was fantastic and rooptop is cute as well.
If you are planning a family trip, I highly recommend this property for your next travel itinerary in the LA. We stayed for three nights and we all loved it!

I really liked this property! A few things that I would want for them to change is the cleanliness. Some of the dinnerware were not clean, the floor was dirty and socks turned a darker color, the pull out beds from the couches had stains on them, and the towels also had stains/didn’t seem to be cleaned before, and the elevator would not work sometimes and had an odd smell. Overall, I would come again if these issues were fixed!

Amazing condo. I was hesitant at first but after checking in and the first night, there are so many advantages. You can actually control the temperature of the unit, unlike hotels which give you only some control.
It is super quiet, no banging of doors in other units and no noise from other units disturbing your sleep. That’s the concept in general. As for the actual location of this condo, simple brilliant, we went to Disney and Universal and this was located between, closer to Universal.
The location was wonderful as it had access to everything and everything.
Additionally, having laundry in your suite is something I’m totally not used to but can’t live without anymore. I’ll have to consider my prejudice for these types of rentals in the future if I can get something as good again.
If you want an excellent place in Los Angeles, you should definitely book with them.

Great comfortable place with underground parking in a central location for a stay in LA. Chinar was very helpful and accessible within minutes for any questions. The rooftop terrasse with sofas, BBQ and an amazing LA skyline view was a gem. Great option for an LA stay.

This place was an amazing stay. Incredible service, gorgeous atmosphere, and a great view. All the amenities plus little extras! By far my favourite part was the balcony, as they have one of the best views of LA you can find, alongside fairy lights and a dim atmosphere for a romantic night out. Soft beds, great art, and everything you’d need to feel fresh on a new day. Would visit again!

This place is absolutely horrible my stay here has been nothing but a headache communication is terrible the day of check in I was waiting outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes passed the check in time with a unprofessional host who made me pay a deposit of 250 after all that waiting and made he Zelle her and she promised to send my money right back after check out I checked out 2 hours before my check out time and I have yet to get my money back I’m calling the numbers they provided me and they are all giving me the run around ABOUT MY MONEY THAT THEY NEVER SENT BACK this has been the worst experience ever they are holding my money hostage and acting like it’s a problem because I’m calling about my money Do not stay here if you don’t want to deal with these unprofessional people

I liked that the room space was big, and there were amenities prepared for us that was very helpful. I did not like that there was limited parking around the space, as there was rarely a parking space that was open.

Hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Apartment very well maintained, excellent WiFi, plug ins galore, complete and well-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, modern up-to-date bathroom, stacked washer and dryer at fingertips, parking in secure access 2 level basement parking for $20/day. A large grocery with excellent bakery across street, a Korean BBQ also across street, many eating places nearby including 2 McD. Highly recommended place to stay, one negative, apartment is approx. 500 sq ft and NOT 1,000 sg ft as advertised. A very good place to stay and work.

Everything basic for cooking is available. Room was spacious and clean. Chinar did a great job at showing us around the building and our room. I love that we were given a dedicated parking spot too!

For the price, our stay was much better than a hotel. Everything was nice we even had a washer and dryer. Only one issue was the sleeper sofa not opening. Despire that I would stay at this there again.

Chinar was very nice on giving us a tour of the place and giving great vibes. I loved the fact there was a washer and dryer in the apartment. I have kids so everything got washed before we use it. There was Korean BBQ everywhere so that a plus too, the taco spot a couple blocks away was also good 😊 I can't wait to come back.

The Apartment was very spacious, very secure, very quiet and in a great location. The Apartment had underground secure parking, close to public transportation a market across the street and great restaurants all around. Fred and Chinar were very helpful and accommodating we really enjoyed our stay. The Apartment could use a king size bed and a extra towel rack in the bathroom but we would definitely stay there again.

The stay was amazing and the view was beautiful. My kids loved it and would book again. Great nite life for adults and lots of food stands and restaurant to chooses from. 2 nights was not enough time to enjoy much more.

We have a very pleasant 4-nights stay! The check in was smooth, instructions and rules were clear. The location is very accessible to supermarket, coffee shops and grocery stores! The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen, spacious living room and washroom with tub, bedroom with big closet, washing/drying machine, and provided with cleansing essentials for a great and cozy stay! There’s also a balcony out of the living room where you can enjoy the breeze and take in natural light to feel alive. Would love to stay here again!

What a find, 2 bedrooms, security guards at the entrance- it was a great place. Very clean and spacious inside. Close to so many great restaurants, we will be staying here every time we come to LA

This place is a hidden gem in the middle of Koreatown.
We were going to Universal Studios and needed a place to stay. Thought I’d give this place a try and was surprisingly impressed. It’s less than 20 min drive to Universal Studios and all the tasty restaurants in between.
Chinar was very friendly and was on top of everything. Check in was smooth and hassle free. The room location and elevator was as convenient as it could get. Easy to get in and out of the building.
Room was very spacious and kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and eat. Full size fridge made it easy to keep leftovers.
Rooftop has grills and tables.
Check out was a easy as any other hotel’s express check out.
Will definitely stay again when going back to LA.
