Our check-in process was horrible. The front desk processed our credit card for incidentals three times. The man at the front desk kept crediting it and recharging our card. He couldn't figure out the check-in, so he let us into our room without giving us keys. We did not receive keys until 11:30pm. The following day, we were told our payment didn't go through. I literally pulled my laptop out and showed them all the charges they processed. Our key was deactivated and we were locked out of our room. After speaking to the manager and sorting everything out, I requested a late check-out to which the manager agreed. We had a late night on our last night, so my husband and son were still sleeping when our room was called just after regular check-out time telling us that we were going to be charged because we hadn't checked out yet. I spoke to the same manager again, and she apologized for the confusion and ensured us that we would not be charged. Had one of these things happened, I would have understood; however, it was one issue after another. While the staff was not rude, things seemed very unorganized. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

It's a comfortable nice hotel! I love how close it was to all out attractions we were visiting. The rooms were not small, just perfect for our family of 6. The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, free breakfast was great! My only complaint was I wish the pool was heated, but other than that I highly recommnend staying here!

Loved how clean everything is and conveniently located to so much

The stay was good, but they charged me an extra $126.85 without giving me any sort of bill or any type of notification as to why I was charged that extra amount on top of the original one night stay payment. We left the room in the same condition as we received it as, other than the bed not being made.

Room was nice and clean. Things were well arranged and stay was good. Only thing not up to the mark was the breakfast as there was total chaos and things were not refilled and quite mis managed.

The front desk lady was very kind and made our stay pleasant. The breakfast was decent. Thanks.

The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars on the conditions/ facilities portions was there were a few issues. None of them were big I just think because the hotel has only been open about a month they have a few kinks to work out but definitely worth the stay

Spent Thanksgiving night ,property was very clean and kept, no loud noise, the only down fall i would criticize is that i had to wait for an employee to walk up to the front desk to check us in and nobody was around to check us out,but the breakfast included was convenient i have three children with me and was easy to walk downstairs to grab a bite before we left,good variety of options,overall we had a great stay

Love staying here! The area is very nice and has so many food, shopping options. The hotel was wonderful! New and very clean, pet friendly and staff were so great! Excellent experience

I loved this hotel. Walking into the lobby made me feel at ease as it was spacious, clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel room was clean as well and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone who stays in Chino Hills.

What a great place to stay with your dog! Wonderful staff, breakfast, rooms…. I was there for a dog event and recommended this place to the others.

The people that worked to check in on move 10,2023 were horrible rude and no help. Wouldn’t accept my form of payment even though hotels.com did understand cash was not accepted. No where hotels. Com had on there website that chime and cash app cards are not allowed but before we knew front counter person had me transfer all the money in to my husband chime account before telling us it wouldn’t be accepted had to locate a chase bank to deposit so inconvenient but the problem was the attitude and rudeness. Cost 20.00 to do that whole process cause fees they charged my husband we almost left but we had somewhere to be and we were already late. The room was nice it could of been a little bit bigger for 5 people.check out people where amazing so nice

Very honest staff, i forgot my watch and the hotel stall called and shipped that back. breakfast was very good and the hospitality is excellent.

My stay was over priced, which I have documentation & was charged a pet fee twice.. requested to speak to a manager, since the girl at the front desk said she couldn’t do anything Never heard back from a manager Probably not going back because I don’t need the hassle of being over charged

Pool was full of bugs and dirty. Screen cast on tv did not work. Guests in the lobby were very loud at midnight. But everything else was fine.

New, very clean hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast-included deal.
