Beautiful home that’s spacious, well equipped and super clean. Really enjoyed our time.

House was very clean and nice. Perfect for our family. Very Nice neighborhood. Nice and quiet.

We stayed here following an unexpected death in the family. The pool was great to keep the kids busy and happy. The house could definitely use some updates. The furniture is outdated and it seemed like there was a dog there at some point. Having the pool it would be really good to have better towels and carpet runners throughout the house. The manager was quick to respond when the water got shut off and was very kind.

Our family of 12 adults came to Tacoma for a reunion of our extended family. We loved the house, pool, and pool table. It fit us all. Sorry the stay was so short. We plan on coming back next year but staying longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay...a few bumps in the beginning but the owner was amazing and she was there every time we needed her. This house is truly unbelievable! The swimming pool inside was great, the pool table was a real hit with all 10 of us, the layout of the house made it perfect. So much room but yet still all together. Will definitely be staying here again next fair travel...thank you for allowing all of to stay in your beautiful house.

My extended family visited in June and this house was the perfect property! It was roomie enough to accommodate everyone, wonderfully supplied with all the amenities, and the pool was an added bonus. Great memories were made here.

Love Vrbo’s Especially luxury homes offering an intimate experience in a local setting with incredible amenities but this house delivered empty promises. It was a dump. Mismatched garage sale furniture stained, dirty and uncomfortable. Glass dining table badly damaged and would cut your arms. Chairs were outdoor uncomfortable metal furniture. Bedding and beds had zero comfort. Pillows were hard balls that kinked your neck. Kitchen was the grossest room. Inside cabinets were disgusting, dishes were dirty, no spatula but lots of lids. No garbage bags or dishwasher detergent but we were told to ensure all garbage was taken out and dishwasher running when we leave. Sign at front door said no shoes but floors were filthy, gaps in floor boards and broken tiles with large chunks missing. Even found two rusty nails at threshold of where garbage was taken out. Lights were on and off at different times behind locked doors we had no access to, which was super creepy. Beautiful soaker tub listed in amenities didn’t work, owner didn’t care. Pool was so cold, children couldn’t stay in long. Also dangerous broken pool tiles cut us. Doors to pool don’t latch making it super unsafe for toddlers. Pool table broken. Sticks bad. When we told owner, she dropped off a repair kit for us to put new tips on her warped sticks?!? Neighbors said the house is full of issues and owner ignores the problems. Neighborhood is begging owner to stop renting this house out… so guests are unwanted. OverPriced!!

It was a nice vacation with lots of fun with the pool the kid love it.
