Perfect for our family and friends to stay as we came in town for a UT game. Close to everything. Clean & comfy!

Very nice house next to ut. In the heart of the city. Hot tub is nice and the home had everything we needed. Host was very great as well.

This property was an overall great property, really enjoyed my stay there, and I appreciated the cleanliness of it! I would definitely book this place again!

Just what I needed.

Stayed here with my group of friends for my birthday. It was an okay stay, how ever I would not come back or recommend. Since it was my birthday I was okay and willing to spend more than I usual do on a place to stay, and while staying here we had a few issues. There were animals living in the walls, causing most us to be unable to sleep. We could hear them crying and walking around at all hours. The shower had ant problems, causing us to request them to be sprayed while we were out of the house. And there was no flexibility in checking and checking out, which I have experienced and been able to at other properties, not really walkable to anything, and a couple of the TVs were unable to be connected to the network so we’re unable to be used. However, the communication was great. It allows a lot of beds for visitors and the hot tub was a great addition.

We thought everything went well, with the best part being how well-supplied the home was. Plenty of towels, blankets, and the kitchen cabinets were marked so you don’t have to peer into each one to find something specific. Home utilizes the indoor and outdoor space well, especially the nice walkway and outdoor table on the way to the guest room. Some blinds or curtains in the guest room could help. Nice front room table and sitting area.
